Wow, well done Richard. I got the impression that it was done before she set out for New Zealand.

Annoyingly, any attempt to advance this interview only seems to make it rewind!
Edit: If you pause it and then advance it works, but you have to work a bit to find where Hayley is. It was about 1:30-40 where I left it and then very shortly heard her start to mention Hayley.
Martin, the lady said she was home now.

Which of course she is Libby. But probably wasn't when the interview was recorded. The "hitting the ground running" thing I think was taking advantage of a brief stop in Auckland on her way the Christchurch.

Oh Martin, I thought you meant you thought she did the interview in the UK. Close enough, for goodness' sake. By "home", I was thinking more of her "home country", not necessarily in her house.
Anyway, how do you know she's in Christchurch right at this moment?

Pure speculation Libby. She said that was where she was going to see her family in the interviews. And she has gone quiet on Twitter, so I guess she is enjoying some well-earned family time.

Yes, family time in the radio studio with her mum.

I liked this interview...could do without the Mars references from the presenter though

Well, I guess it is sort of New Zealand's answer to the BBC's Desert Island Discs!
