You can't download it with anything, only play it (well most people can, hopefully).
I have no problem playing it but I want to grab the entire video as a computer file so I can stick it on HWI, that is the problem.
I'll figure out something later today.

That was a lovely video!  I loved the interview, it was more on the laid-back side, and gave us a nice insight into Hayley's spiritual life! Well done Hayley!  For Dori and others who can't play it: try going to 'Settings' and changing to the lowest one... Also, go into your Windows Media Player and toggle the Video Acceleration (Tools > Options > Performance). Worked for me! Oksy |
