Joe, I notice that the month of August was completely skipped in this thread (this year). Are we to assume she didn't play Hayley at all in August, or were you just too busy to listen or tell us?

BTW, is Sarah Brightman ever played? I had the list of albums somewhere, but I can't find it in favorites or anything, so now I'm back to not knowing what she has and what she doesn't! It does seem that this station mainly plays lesser-known artists, which is great, but it's still sad if one of the main originators of the genre as we know it (if not the originator) isn't played on the station. In the list you posted in the previous post, the only really famous ones are Josh Groban and Il Divo, and of course Jackie.

I don't really want to send them Sarah's albums, though. I've spent enough on her music lately; it's Barnes & Noble's fault for continuing to send me coupons every few weeks! LOL I can't resist the temptation!

If Becky does happen to have Sarah's album La Luna, I would love for her to play Solo Con Te. The music is from a piece by Handel, sung in German (it seems to be a hymn of some sort, I think), but the words she wrote to this piece turned it into an absolutely exquisite love song. I think it would be very fitting for a wedding.

The month of August was not very good for us Hayley supporters on radio KITC! 

On August 6th, it was a repeat show (no Hayley), the 13th saw lightning hit the station's tower (no show at all), no Hayley on the 20th, transmission problems on the 27th prevented the station from brodcasting online. 

You know, it's been ages since Becky played any of Sarah Brightman's songs.  I will ask her what CD's are in her library.

Looks like I'm 2 years late to the party, because I'm just now hearing of this. I can't believe there's a radio station in Oregon playing this kind of music. I'm too far away to get the station, but I'll try to catch it online. Anyone ever hear Rhydian on the program? Would be really nice if he had more American fans, too.

Seems she gets her music via donated CDs? If that's the case, I seriously regret donating all of mine to a thrift shop this summer! I felt strange doing so, considering how much I spent on some of the imports, but I had no use for the hard copies. At home, I play music through iTunes on the computer, and in my car, I play it through my iPhone/USB hookup. I can't remember the last time I did anything with a CD, other than burn the music into my iTunes collection. Well, actually, the last time I did anything with a real CD, I was tossing a box full of them into a donation truck. Oh, it hurts to think I could've sent her imported CDs from Hayley, Rhydian, Faryl Smith, Camilla Kerslake, and others.

There wasn't a show on December 3rd due to technical problems, so there has been no Christmas songs so far ... and nothing by Hayley for a month!

So just the next two shows will feature Christmas music, plus there will probably be a repeat show on the 24th...not sure about the 31st.
