Yay, she's coming back again! Remember, she said she would be back! Too bad it won't be anything on TV, and that it's too far away for me to go on such short notice, but it's great news that Hayley is coming back to the US! We don't have to wait another 3 years for her return, like last time! Tim or Joe, can you go, please?? Or anybody in that general area? i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif You probably won't be able to take photos inside, but it would nice if someone from HWI could go...

Thanks for posting this, John! I see tickets go on sale tomorrow, so I'll post a link to this thread on our Facebook page. This event is subject to confirmation by Hayley's management. Richard

Thanks JohnH for finding this Hayley performance!
I'd love to attend, Libby, but Boston is six hours away. Even if confirmed, she may only duet with Mario on one or two songs. Plus it's on a Thursday night.

Six hours, even on a plane? Someone who lives close just has to go! If the ticket sales are too low, they might cancel this, too.

Six hours in nothing Libby. Hayley has often endured more than 24 Hours on a plane. I've done so too (but not as often as Hayley). Perhaps you should try it, just to know what it is like. Martin D

Six hours, even on a plane? Nearly. Since you asked..let's see...about five hours in transit. I won't go into needless detail, but the closest airport that has any service to Boston is in Philadelphia.

Libby, I would go for you if I wasn't recuperating from my knee surgery. The Pops website reads as though Hayley will have a small part to play in this concert. But at least she'll get some U S exposure.

Wow, for some reason I thought Boston was closer than that, and it would only take a couple hours by plane. Oh well...
Bob C might go. I do hope somebody on one of these forums goes! I really wish I could go, but I really don't think it will work out this time. It would be hard to get several days off in a row at any point this summer; I'm already struggling to get any vacation days for a summer break this year, at the end of July, and I doubt the end of June would be any better! Not to mention the flying. I haven't flown since I was nearly 8 years old, so the airport/flying process itself is a bit daunting to me. Well, I'll just have to hope that there will be something on this side of the country sometime in the near future. I don't see why the east coast should be more privileged than the West. California would be better than nothing.

Well, LA probably has a better chance of seeing Hayley than Birmingham, or even Atlanta for that matter. Well, it is nice to break the whole “every few years” thing. Maybe she'll come back more often now. I hope so! Y'know, I hate to miss Hayley singing with one of the best orchestras in the country. But hopefully someone will post a video to YouTube. -Taylor

Something tells me they don't allow anyone to take cameras in there, Taylor. Theaters in this country, or at least in my area, tend to prohibit them. Which means if Hayley ever comes here, I probably won't be able to take a picture or video of her either, because the theaters in Seattle that I've been to do not allow photography inside.

Really Libby? Down here they “prohibit” them, but they never actually check. It's very easy I'm told to get a little digital camera in. They only get suspicious when you're standing up in the middle of a performance with a giant camera in hand. :je Ok, maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit. But, then again, we all are pretty relaxed down here. I'd at least like to find out what song Hayley's singing. Hopefully we can find that out pretty soon. -Taylor i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif
