Hi everyone,
We have recently completed a review of the HWI staff and management team and now, I can announce the three resulting changes, which have led to a slightly streamlined staff list of nine, one fewer than before.
Belinda is returning to her previous title of Honorary Member, as these days she cannot unfortunately devote any time to our staff discussions. Although her new title is not a staff position, it does reflect her long association with HWI and her even longer time as a Hayley fan, dating back to the days before Hayley had any commercial success, even in New Zealand.
Caitlin will now be a member of the Forum Support staff, as she feels that these days, she doesn't really have enough free time to undertake moderating duties. She is able to continue visiting the forum regularly and to take part in our staff discussions, so we have agreed with her that her new role is more appropriate.
Jillian has agreed to become a Global Moderator, instead of a member of the Forum Support staff. This will ensure that the present staffing balance is maintained and Jillian is confident that she will have sufficient time to help to moderate posts as necessary. We in turn are confident that she is well suited to this important role.
Thank you Belinda, Caitlin and Jillian for helping to make this review a relatively straightforward task! Thanks also to our entire team of moderators and forum support staff for all you do for HWI, with a special mention for Joe and Richard, for your help and advice in this review and on many other matters. Not forgetting all of our members for your contributions to HWI and your continuing support for Hayley; and without whom, we wouldn't even be here.

I'm glad you were able to become moderator as my studies are taking up way too much time. I'm glad to be a part of this family still though.
