Hello Grant! I think that's Hayley on the extreme left, behind the conductor: I moved your post from the Twitter thread. Richard

Hello Grant! I think that's Hayley on the extreme left, behind the conductor: I moved your post from the Twitter thread. Richard I think that is one of the RTE sound studios. It is not the National Concert Hall main auditorium for Shure. Just in case you guys are waiting outside the wrong doors to meet Hayley Yes, that looks like Hayley in the red jeans standing on the grey mat, which would normally be her position relative to David Brophy the conductor and the rest of the orchestra. Is that Timmy Evans on piano in the bottom right corner ? Thanks for the picture Richard. Is there a pre concert meeting tomorrow ?
answers by PM , don't want a flash mob

Is there a pre concert meeting tomorrow ?
Only for those who come early ... The bar across the road might be a good resting place. Or we could have our own Bloomsday Hayleyday Tour of Dublin and round up anyone we recognise on our way .... I'll text when I'm in Dublin. Paddy

I'm going to guess those are just regular pants, or leggings, not jeans. Just a guess.

I see Paddy already announced that, and I am sorry I haven't said anything, but with the exams and other stuff, I really havven't got too much time.
BUT, yes, I can't believe I am saying this... I am going to this concert! Fikrst Hayley concert and first trip to Ireland, two dreams coming true at once, incredible, isn't it? Oh, and if you add to that that I am coming with my mother, who's also been dreaming of visiting Ireland since she was little, it's hard to imagine the situation getting any better. Leaving in a short while to the airport and arriving at Dublin at 14:50. I'll be staying a couple of days and leaving on Saturday afternoon, so, there'll be a some time to also see some of Dublin, but I am definately coming back someday with more time to visit Ireland. Hope to see some of you there! In my case, I am bringing my laptop (tuesday my last exam this semester, need to study), so, probably you'll get the impressions from my first Hayley concert.
Well, leaving now, see you at Dublin!
Michal

Have a great time, Michal! I fixed your avatar photograph by uploading it to my Photobucket album and changing the link in your profile. Hot linking appears to be disabled on the site you linked to. Best wishes, Richard

Hayley post-concert tweet Hayley really 'rocked' too - looking very happy and in top tweeting form .... even with seventeen songs plus three encores, a standing ovation (or was it two?) and a long signing queue. A real pleasure to meet some lovely HWI people, some for the first time: Michal and his mother, all the way from Barcelona, for their first Hayley concert; Juliette, from Lyon; Bob and Jeannie, from Florida; Conor and his lady, from Northern Ireland; Natasha (of many names) from Dublin; Peter, all the way from London, via Scotland and the Border Counties: Eugene, & Co. from Newbridge and Paul, from just down the road ...... 'Love theme from The Godfather' was replaced by 'Theme from Out of Africa'. The encores were: 'Amazing Grace', 'Sonny'and 'Never Saw Blue'. Looking forward to my 41st concert in August ........ Paddy
