As I mentioned in my report, I managed to take a few videos of the concert and I've (finally ) uploaded them! Sorry for the delay, but a bit of editing needed to be done.
I'm sorry too that the audio isn't that great In fact I was just in front of a loudspeaker so perfect audio during the concert but not on the recording as my camera tried to compensate when the sound was to loud. Also, on some videos (among which 'Who Painted the Moon Black?'), it is blurred. I don't really know what happened but I think that it's because my camera was on my lap as not to bother people around me and the lady seated next to me moved her legs just in front of my camera, and so I think the lens adapted to this objective and not to Hayley.
But it still gives you an insight into the concert and Hayley's incredible talent!
And in fact, working on the videos reminded me of how great the concert was! The power, the intensity and the beauty of the music, of Hayley's voice and of the orchestra..... Wow! It was an incredible experience
I didn't record 'A Thousand Winds' because in the excitement, I forgot to press the 'record' button!! And on 'Vivo per lei', my first battery got empty (and I didn't manage to change it) so it's not the full song. But I did this opportunity to enjoy the song to its maximum and not have to worry about my camera! Anyway we have beautiful recordings of this song so it's ok
I take this opportunity to say a big thanks to all who took pictures and videos, thank you for sharing them and sharing your reports of the concerts!
Your post deserves a mention on HWI's Facebook page!
Thank you very much, Juliette!
Best wishes, Joe
Thank you for all those amazing videos!! Was it all of the songs?
I understand now why some of you said this concert/tour was her best ever, because I think these performances are some of the best I've ever heard of most, if not all, the songs! Well, among the best, anyway.
I am so desperate to see Hayley in concert myself now, it's not even funny. LOL
thank you very much for the videos Juliette they're lovely!
