Hi everyone, We can now discuss in this thread Hayley's Concert at Napier - Municipal Theatre on Tuesday 29 Nov 2011. This is part of the Hayley's NZ Paradiso tour, as published by Stuff.co.nz and several other major NZ media sites today. Please discuss anything about the tour as a whole in the main thread entitled NZ Tour 2011 - General thread, thanks! Dave

Hi everyone!! I went past the Municipal Theatre in Napier during my travels. Unfortunately it was closed, so I couldn't go in there - which is a shame as it is apparently a very impressive theatre built in the art deco style. Here are some photos:

If I ever hear Songbird live, I might cry too. It's a special song to me, and it would be so amazing to see Hayley in person, that I just might. I usually don't get that emotional, at least I never used to. Watching the Fellowship of the Ring with a live orchestra made me feel strangely emotional, too. I feel like an idiot when I get that way, but the LOTR story can make one emotional! LOL At the end with Frodo and Sam, and the music is extra nice, and then Kaitlynn Lusk sang May it Be live, and the rest of the audience's reaction to it, so it was all very exciting. And now I'm waayyyy off topic. Sorry Richard.

Hi Libby,
I used to feel a bit embarassed about being so overcome at Hayley's concerts at first. But now I know it happens to lots of other people too. So there is nothing to feel idiotic about, just enjoy the experience.

I know, but if my sister or any other family member was along, they would probably think I was crazy. My mom gets that way, too, so I think I might take after her. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif
