Hi Northern Lights, I know I said I had included digital versions but I only really meant the songs that were not available anywhere else (ie, on a CD). To include every version worldwide would be impossible and would probably make the list unmanageable. My main aim was to include every song and some examples of where it can be obtained fairly easily. I have to say I admire your enthusiasm though. Roger Thank you Roger

To answer all your questions- my aunt got it on iTunes, so there's no number engraved in it/on the case. As far as I can tell, there is no video track- on both iTunes track lists (printed and sent by her) it just gives the 20 tracks, and when I've listened to the end, there's no sound like a video's trying to play. This version is also available on 7Digital, for what its worth! This is the order that the papers say its in, and the last 5 and first 2 are certainly right! As I listen to more of it, I'll make sure the orders right. Hope this helps/you'll be able to identify it, <3 Northern_Lights Hello Northern Lights and everyone, Before I read your latest comments, I was about to mention that the order of the tracks on the download version of UK Special Edition of Pure has changed since it was first issued, a new catalogue number is shown (4756425) and it is now simply called "Pure". I noticed this at classicsandjazz.co.uk about a month ago... but now I can see that not only the tracks order has changed! What is now available is 1) the Special Edition as originally issued in the UK (Tracks 1 to 13 from the original UK Pure and tracks 14 to 20 the bonus disc tracks without the video) and 2) A revised version with the same track listing and in the same order as as you have, Northern Lights. This is available in the UK and Australia as a download but not in the USA (I haven't checked NZ or other places). In the new version, the original UK "extended mix" version of Hine e Hine has been replaced by the Acoustic Guitar version at the end. This is possibly the version specially recorded for Classic FM radio in 2003, I don't yet know (but I can find out). Also, Dark Waltz is now shown in the UK version as as 4m 09s instead of 4m 19s but that could just be a typo (it's 4m 19s on the Oz version). One or two other tracks show up a few seconds different (less than 5 seconds) from the originals and similar slight differences exist between the UK download version and tha Oz one but that could be down to how they count the track length (with or without the gaps) and rounding. Anyway, well done Northern Lights, you have discovered a new version of Pure - probably the final version - and I think this will eventually find its way onto a single CD version just called "Pure" (not special edition) - when stocks of the originals run out. It may already be available in some shops or online stores, [glow=red,2,300]who will be the first to find one?[/glow].
Why do i think it will be a single CD 20 track version? Well the new UK download version has a total running time of 73m 59s (if I am right about the typo) and it just so happens that the maximum playing time of a standard CD is... 74 minutes. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifMystery solved! (I think ) Cheers, Dave 1 second under the limit! Cool! So basically, I'm making everyone spend more money! As for who'll get it first, the answer is ME! (I think I'm the first on HWI to have it!)

So basically, I'm making everyone spend more money! Well, that's one way of looking at it! As for who'll get it first, the answer is ME! (I think I'm the first on HWI to have it!) Yes Northern Lights, you seem to be the first to have it. Congratulations! Roger

1 second under the limit! Cool! So basically, I'm making everyone spend more money! As for who'll get it first, the answer is ME! (I think I'm the first on HWI to have it!) Yes i think you are! But if my theory is right, someone somewhere will eventually see a CD version of this, not a download one. I was wondering who will find the CD first? It doesn't make sense for Decca to keep pressing two-disc versions of Pure in the UK when we know they can fit it all onto one disc, it must cost more to produce and distribute it. As the original one disc version in the UK was officially deleted a long time ago, I think when all the two disc versions have been sold, the next batch of CDs will be the same as your download (but it's only a theory!) Cheers, Dave

Yay! I wonder if Karsten will add it to the Pure chart... ... Hi, Northern Lights, to echo Roger's comment - I've included only the non-digital versions into the list (with a Decca or Universal number). Otherwise I would be a little bit too confused. Anyway, please let us know if you'll bump into an unknown version of Pure, Odyssey or Treasure. I'll be happy to put it on one of the lists. Cheers, Karsten
