Does anyone try to compare the NZ and JP version?
I do find out that there are huge differences comparing to the HK release version in the past, so I always buy Japan SHM CD edition.
The quality ends up is nice, the transparency of the vocal are well edited, sweeter and pure.
Do anyone got the NZ and JP edition together? I am considering to buy the NZ version if the CDs' quality is better as the NZ version is the first released Paradiso.
From my previous experience, it seems the Japan version is far more transparent than others, do anyone plays Hifi or headphone notice this ?

I love this CD very much, dunno that is becoz of my hifi or becoz of hayley's singing, haha. Really is Paradiso, listen to this album, enjoy a lot. I play this CD all the time now, as her voice is extremely great! |

Yes, I'm sure it's because of Hayley's singing. I love her singing no matter what device is used. Some are better than others of course, but they don't change the fact that Hayley has the best voice I've ever heard.  |

Libby, you need to hear her live! I'm afraid I have to say this, but Hayley seems to perform better in front of a live audience than she ever does in a recording studio. I think that somehow the presence of the audience stimulates her to great things. Heck, I know it does, I've been there and experienced the love that bounces around between Hayley and a good audience, and how it affects her and us in a way that can never happen in the sterile environment of a recording studio.
Did you hear the Friday Night is Music Night recordings? They were live, in front of an audience. And weren't they stunning? Some people have commented that her Paradiso songs were better than on the record. That's what I mean. You have to be there. And once you have been, you will want to be there again and again. It could get expensive....

Martin, you know I want to hear her live. Easier said than done, but I'll do my best.  Yes, I heard all her songs. Yes, she did an amazing job. I just said she sounds amazing no matter what. I'd love to hear her live, but I'm afraid her CDs and all the other recordings are all I have available to me at this time. And they aren't bad, by any means. |

I can only imagine how wonderful Hayley would sound live. Her albums always sound muffled to me .. like she is singing through a megaphone. I don't know whether to blame her producer or not  . I have solved the problem by buying the highest quality usb computer speakers I can find and listening only to HD YouTube vids. Luckily, there are a ton of them available. I do buy Hayley's albums in order to support her career, but I don't listen to them. Yeah, I've had to survive off Hayley's live performa bnces posted to YT. When considering that I am 14 and that I live in the southern US, my chances of seeing her live are basically slim to none.  BTW, I've noticed that the US cd's quality seem noticeably better than the US iTunes version. Hmmmmm.... I wonder why :/ -Best from Bama |
