Thanks, I've had a look at the Amazon.ca details www.amazon.ca/Paradiso-Hayley-Westenra/dp/B004VPHPQ2/ref=sr_1_1?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1312636257&sr=1-1 and I agree that this now looks like a 'local' release which has been updated recently. The price is currently the same as Josh groban's new one-CD 'best-of' album too, so it doesn't look like an import.

I've changed the thread title to 29 August.

I think it could change again though because they might decide to promote it when Hayley is promoting the US version i.e. early October, so could delay the release date but we shall see.

You are absolutely correct that Amazon CDA price is $14.99 and if your order is greater than $25 then the shipping is free.

I'm sorry about not giving a rat's patoot about the cost and being too absorbed with Jackie Evancho. I have been missing a great deal.

I bought Paradiso along with Sarah's La Luna and Eden. I'm currently listening to Haley and typing at the same time and that is not an easy feat. Haley grabs me much the same way that Jackie does and I'm convinced they are sisters from opposite sides of the earth.

I truly believe that some day ...soon I hope.......Haley and Jackie will have opportunity to duet together ...... hopefully under the skill and talent of someone like David Foster. Oh to dream.

PS: Paradiso is truly something you will want in your CC collection.....get off your butt and just buy it.... get two...one for the car.
