Last week at the end of the show they had someone singing and just the studio dancers dancing not the contestants. My guess is that it wont be a song from the UK version of Treasure. and we dont have that many to choose from on the NZ. i don't think it will be summer fly but i hope she sings that somewhere while shes here i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBelinda

Thanks for the scan, Dori. I would love her to sing something from her latest album. Particularly "Sonny", "Summer Fly" or "Let me lie". That said, if I could choose, that would be something completely different (who said "The Mummer's Dance ? )

Where did they get that info ?! I really like "The Water is Wide" but I would have prefered her to sing something newer from "Treasure".

I think they mean from the UK Odyssey, as that is what it was originally recorded for. I think the reason why they chose The Water is Wide is because it is featured especially for the NZ version.

Oh, right, thanks Dori. I guess that "The Water is Wide" is a good song to introduce people to Hayley's music.

Hello Dori and Stephany! Yes they do seem to have got their facts twisted there. What they really mean is 'The Water Is Wide' is from the New Zealand version of her new hit album 'Treasure' , which went platinum after three weeks, but the track was initially released on the UK version of 'Odyssey'. This is another fine example of the confusion caused by Universal's policy of releasing so many different versions of each album! Best Wishes, Richard

Hello everyone, I just watched the magnificent performance of The Water is Wide by Hayley at the end of the show. It was absolutely magnificent, but I have to say Hayley looked a little unwell. Tired perhaps?? Who wouldn't be with that hectic schedule!!! Nevertheless, it was simply beautiful. She was wearing my favorite dress of hers: the green dress she wore the to Cadagon Hall concert in February. It looked like she was flowing in clouds! She really captures the atmosphere of her perormance, which was perfect for the spirit of The Water is Wide. She is absolutely beautiful, and I keep looking forward to her perfmances and meeting her this Saturday at the signing!!! Dori
