As far as I know, the only way, for non residents in New Zealand, is to purchase a New Zealand Itunes gift card, but I don't know where to buy them.
On Ebay we can find US, UK, Australian and Japanese Itunes gift cards, and set up an account to be able to purchase from those stores, but I never found any New Zealand Itunes gift cards on Ebay.
