My card was charged on the 15th but I have not received a notice either ( or a cd). I'm kinda' bummed.  Hopefully, I'll be better soon. Same here... No luck here either! Hope it arrives tomorrow, as we here don't have mail delivery until next Tuesday  From my experience neither Marbecks or Amplifier send e-mails notifying the expedition. At least it helps a little, reading the wonderful comments about the album, thanks everyone!  Best wishes, Paulo Correia |

So even though the charge didn't show up on my online banking till Monday, it does show that the charge was "posted" on the 15th, and the "transaction" was on the 17th. At least it's somewhat reassuring knowing that nobody else in the U.S. has received theirs yet.  |

my copy arrived too, it's fantastic! Hi Dean and everyone, Yes indeed, it is fantastic! For anyone who still hasn't received this album and who wishes to listen to samples, I've now been able to pick my own start and end points for the track samples so I've re-done them on the website. There are I think some subtle improvements, especially at the start and end, and the audio quality will be slightly higher, too, as is the total length. Having said that, I commend iTunes for the good quality and sensible start-end points of their samples that I originally used, they are much better than other NZ download sites. Here is the updated version:

I love the updated samples Dave, thanks for doing that. These are the best versions of La Califfa and Nella Fantasia and Cinema Paradiso I have ever heard and that is just based on the sample, I have a feeling this will be the best album yet!

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I have managed to extract the back CD cover from its case so I could post the following photo of Ennio and Hayley, which is in black and white and which I rather like.  Ennio Morricone and Hayley Westenra It's much bigger than the original, an enlargement, which has affected the quality. Cheers, Dave |
