Well, I'm like you Grant, I want my memories of first hearing a new Hayley ablum to be special. At a special time when I have time to do it justice. The first listening is a never to be repeated and never to be forgotten experience.
But I did have a sneaky listen to the first couple of tracks. It sounds fantastic! Hope my copy comes before Easter, then it will be a special part of this year's celebration.

Am i right, that you've pre ordered it? If yes, the cd was send before the official releasedate..... I guess, all pre ordered cd's have been shipped........ Can't wait to have it here !!! So nice, but not surprising, coming from our Hayley... we are so spoiled! xD!
And, and, I keep listening to the samples and loving them more and more even though it seems impossible. Love all of them, and honestly, it's hard to highlight any of them, but from the smaples, I got specially caught by Lezione di Musica... It is so cheerful, I think has something from the Baroque, or maybe Mozart's spirit...

theres so much on this album to like...
hayley wrote 3 songs on it.. all very nice, whispers in a dream will grow on me and be one of my favorite songs... malena is really pretty
my favorite songs so far are: whispers in a dream, once upon a time in the west, mette una sera a cena, per natale [which i thought i wouldnt like so much], lezione di musca {which for the moment i like the most}
and amalia pro amour....
heres to you is lyrically catchy.. the tune seems familiar is it from somewhere.
ive been it 3 times already, i love this album and the girl who made it... personal biases aside... its beautiful and lovely and everytime i listen to it i think of something different i like, even if it is only a line or a noise somewhere
i cant in all honesty, think of anything on the album i (actively) dont like... its so good.
the only other comment i can offer at this point is that, unlike some people i could name.... nothing on this album sounds the same... its a very different and diverse album.

Welcome to the forum! We haven't heard anything about an Australian release as of yet. We only know of the NZ, UK and Japan release dates, but stay tuned!

Thanks for sharing, Dori That one on the scooter is certainly different. I never would have imagined anything like that. I wonder if she actually got to ride it? Hopefully not in that dress, though!   Oh, is that photo we saw in the magazine inside, too? I really liked that one. And is that the only outfit? Not that I don't like it (I do!), but I thought Hayley said there were lots of dresses and things. Maybe she meant she had a lot to choose from. |

Well, I personally don't have a problem with the scooter picture. I mean, it is a little more revealing than her other shoots, but it's not indecent nor is it suggesting that Hayley is taking a different path in her career. It's just a little more daring! But I think it's quite classy.
No, that shoot with her wearing the purple top for the the magazine only. The clothing she wore in there was made by a NZ designer, so it was exclusively for the magazine. It wouldn't have anything to do with the album.
Yes, it was only that dress. Pretty much all you see from my photos is all you get! :wink:
