Hayley was interviewed in the Classic FM studio yesterday. A brief excerpt was transmitted in this morning's Chart Show. Presenter, Mark Forrest described Treasure as being "more folk and traditional (than earlier albums) but with some classical tracks". He then asked Hayley why she had chosen to include 'One Fine Day' and why it had been arranged for guitar.
Hayley said that she loved the song but "being realistic," she said, "I am not an opera singer". She then explained that she put it into "song format" and that the guitar seemed to suit both the song and her voice. The track was then played and all I can say is "WOW"!
Apparently further excerpts of the interview will be broadcast at a later date.
