Hey, it occurs to me that if all our members went to this show, it would be 3 parts full without anyone else!! But fun as such a HWI get together would be, we really want new people to be there to be hayleywowed and go out and but her records, especially Paradiso!
I'm starting to get excited now...

Regretfully I left it too late, intending to make a weekend away. I even rang the box office in case there were any returns. The only show in the festival already sold out some time ago!
Have a great time guys.

Hi Graham and everyone
I anticipate arriving about 2pm so will no doubt see you in the usual place.
Depending upon what time Hayley arrives, I may well head back to the Travelodge at Sutton to check in, returning to Kings Lynn in time for dinner.
Best wishes Grant

Probably be more like 3pm for me, since I will leave after Church. I think it is about an hour and a half from here. I'll then have to come looking for you.
Does anyone know anything about car parking?

Hi Martin
There is plenty of parking in the square directly in front of the theatre. I think there is a charge even for sunday and also evenings. I think it is called the Tuesday Market Square.
we shall be there in the afternoon, hopefully to catch Hayley arriving and then hope to meet up with the rest of the guys for the carvery at the Globe (which is also in the Market Square). See you there! George

Hi George, Martin and everyone There is plenty of parking in the square directly in front of the theatre. I think there is a charge even for sunday and also evenings. I think it is called the Tuesday Market Square. Tuesday Market Place car park is described as "short stay" costing £4.10 for up to 5 hours and yes, charges do apply to Sunday also. There is a very large car park approx. 10 minutes walk away at Boal Quay which costs £2.10 all day. Best wishes Grant

Thanks for the info guys. I will also need to pick up my ticket from the box office. That is an inconvenience I could have done without.

Gosh! Hayley's earlier tweet has really got me raring to go for this concert. It's been a little over 7 months since my last Hayley concert at the Barbican last December - haven't had to wait that long since "Toast New Zealand in 2006!! Now looking forward to meeting up with everyone going and to hearing some fabulous music from our Special Girl. Roll on tomorrow!!!!! Best wishes Grant

With you there Grant, my wait has been even longer - Since the Birmingham Symphony Hall concert last December. Quite probably the finest concert experience of my life. My favorite singer ever, performing in my favourite hall, and me in the front row as you know. I can't wait for tomorrow. Even if I am in Row V.
I keep having nightmares, what if I can't get my ticket, what if my car breaks down (it never has done) and I miss the show, what if I get delayed on the road etc etc. This weekend is the higtlight of the year, a wonderful radio performance and a live show.
Anyway, my camera battery is charged (as I trustyours is) and I am ready to go.

Evening all! Just wishing everyone heading up to King's Lynn a safe trip and enjoy the show! Martin D, I'm sure your day will go just fine! Let's see a quick show of hands who is attending...that's Grant, MartinD, George & Denise, Graham & Morag, Gordon, Karsten, Mike, Graham, Drew & Gini, and Eugene. A very fitting and fine representation of HWI I shall look forward to seeing plenty of photos on Monday evening. Something for me to look forward to as I trudge through a workday after being off the last 9 days! All my best, Joe PS, do give my best to Hayley as well

Hi Joe and everyone
Thanks for your good wishes - should be a good gathering and I'm sure Hayley will be pleased to see so many familiar faces.
Wasn't intending to set off until around 11am but I'm virtually ready - just got to load the car.
Kings Lynn - and Hayley - here I come!!
Best wishes Grant
