Check out these links Ohiyooo posted on his twitter page. It apparently shows that Hayley is scheduled to do a concert in Taiwan in December. But I can't get MNA's facebook page to translate on google. Of course December's a long time away yet, anyway.

I can't translate it either Libby, but I think it Frank said she had been "invited". Not sure if that means she will definitely be there. And when in December is of interest too. Does that mean no Christmas concerts for us this year? I hope not (being selfish).

Well, we don't know how many dates there will actually be. And I think you guys have had her for Christmas concerts for long enough that it's time Asia (or other countries, too) have a turn, too.

If you'll notice, Hayley retweeted Ohiyooo's message! So this makes me think she already knows about this, even if it's not confirmed yet.

Those dates look more like October/November to me. So shouldn't get in the way of any Christmas shows.

Those look like definite dates. Can you seek confirmation from Bandana Dave? Then we would know for sure.

Libby, I think Christmas shows are best performed in countries that have a Christian tradition. I would be happy if she went to the USA to do Christmas shows instead of here, but in Asia they probably won't be the sort of show she usually does at Christmas.

They do like Christmas in Japan, though. They did release Winter Magic in Japan, if you remember. Even if they don't celebrate what Christmas is about, they at least enjoy her songs. But yes, I would love it if she would come to the U.S. then, too. Particularly to Salt Lake City, Utah, for their annual PBS Christmas special. :wink:
But to tell the truth, if I had to see only one Hayley concert live in my life, I would choose one containing songs from all or most of her albums, not just Christmas songs. But any Hayley concert would be better than nothing.

Those dates are definite enough. Unfortunately they refer to Hayley's concerts in Taiwan last year, not 2011, as I pointed out in my previous post. I've added a couple of highlights to avoid any further confusion.

I don't have any specific confirmation of these dates but we were expecting an announcement for Taiwan and China late in the year, so it may be correct this time.

I'll seek specific confirmation when Hayley and her entourage are all back in the UK and rested, if it hasn't already arrived by other means.

Well, no Mormon Tabernacle Choir this year. They're recording their show the 15th-17th. Maybe next year... but then it won't be on TV till 2013! Oh, I'll have to send Bandana my letter a lot earlier than I did last time, I guess.

I want say something similar to Libby. Hayley has canceled her tour to Japan this year. But she went to Taiwan and China. She hasn't been to Japan for 2 years.

Her new CD sale is hitting the bottom. Already 20% discount is going on. Amazon J is now 20% off with free shipping domestically.

We are suffering for the biggest devastation by the earthquake, the tsunami and the nuclear power station problems.
We would be very happy if she could come to Japan and sing as she has done for CHCH. Still Japanese Yen is keeping high and it would be a good business opportunity too for her to come to Japan.
