Perhaps some self-mockery is on display in these photographs. I mean, they don't really appear this way, do they? I've always found it amusing to see for the first time the face of someone from the radio whose voice I've heard for a long time. People simply don't look like their voices.

Hi Richard In the main, I thought they looked OK. I get the impression that the intention is to give a casual feel to the pics which works in most cases. They don't all work and the one of Simon Bates makes him look a complete wally, which works for me!  Best wishes Grant |

Hello Grant!  I agree some of the photographs are reasonable, but the ones of Simon Bates, Jamie Crick and David Mellor look like Wanted posters outside the police station. Simon Bates would probably apply for the job!  Richard  |

Not so sure, Richard.
You could say he brings out the characteristics unique to each character, therefore arguably, if his interpretations are accurate, he could be very good for Hayley!
