Hi Karsten Tony and everyone,
We've known about this one for a week but were asked specifically not to mention it until the paperwork is tied up; we have to go along with such requests.
Now that the venue has posted details and it's "out there", I should add that Hayley will be making a short guest appearance but it isn't yet confirmed and I don't have any more details than that.
Cheers, Dave
19 Aug - Edit by Dave - Now appears on official website so I've removed "unconfirmed" from the title.

Hi
Are any other members going to this concert? Is any more known about Hayley's contribuiton? "A selection of songs" would mean at least 2. Possibly a medley?
cheers
Tony

I'm guessing it's a similar "selection" to what she sang on the BoB tour.

Possibly a medley? cheers Tony Hi Tony, Libby may not be far wrong, but it could be less because I think she was more than a "special guest" in the BoB tour. Anything from two to half a dozen songs is my guess (including duets etc.), hopefully the latter but I'm just guessing. Cheers, Dave

Just a hint to anyone going to this concert.
The Pope will be in Hyde Park on Saturday, arriving at 18.30. There will be huge crowds in the area, with disruption on the roads and public transport.
You will need to plan your journey VERY carefully.

Just back from the Albert Hall .Hayley sang 3 songs, A nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square ,River of Dreams ,and We'll Meet Again .She looked fantastic in a red ,off the shoulder dress. Was it worth £33 for 3 songs ? You bet, every penny! Mike

That's 11 quid a song  Plus proceeds will aid military charities, so everyone wins i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifWell done, and thanks again! Joe

sorry folks, I didn't take any photos-as Karsten will vouch ,even if I did it would take me a lifetime to work out how to post them on HWI.-Pity though, as Hayley looked great!
