That's true, but it doesn't help matters to make things confusing, though. Has Decca ever done that with any other artist? At least to that extent?

Yeah Libby it is very annoying, I'm not sure if Deccahas done this with any other artist. I think the US version is the best one of all the ones I have, it is definitely less classical sounding than the other versions, but has some of the best songs on it like You Are Water, I Say Grace.

Susie Don't forget Never Saw Blue! I think it might be on the NZ version, too, but not the UK. I would've liked to have the original UK version, too, since it has Weigenlied on it, but because of the Japanese release of Prayer, I don't need it. I seriously think that was the best thing the Universal Music Japan ever did for Hayley's fans! They filled in so many missing songs, and eliminated the need to buy the Flood or Jekyll soundtracks.

"Never Saw Blue" is on all versions of Odyssey except for the 2nd UK edition. However, the U.S. edition is the only one to have the Drum Mix, obviously with the added drums. -Taylor i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

I never thought about it having drums. I guess you must mean a soft pop drum beat, or something? I just cannot imagine any drums in the music right now, so I guess I'm going to have to go listen...

First-ever cd by Hayley I ever got was a present-- Odyssey, with her sitting on a rock in front of the ocean. I love it sooooo much!!! I'll never get tired of listening to it.

First-ever cd by Hayley I ever got was a present-- Odyssey, with her sitting on a rock in front of the ocean. I love it sooooo much!!! I'll never get tired of listening to it. It wasn't the first Hayley CD I ever heard, though it was the first one that I owned myself... It was actually my dad who discovered Hayley first, and my sister bought Pure for his birthday, but we all were able to play it if we wanted to. My sister liked Who Painted the Moon Black in particular. I liked it too, but still wasn't quite into that type of music much. However, when I visited her site one day when I was wondering if Hayley had anything new, I discovered the Odyssey clips on her website, and I loved them! And after I listened to them a few times, I got out Pure and started playing it, because I was excited for Hayley's new album, but couldn't play it, so I played the other one. Good thing, too, because I still wasn't very familiar with the album at the time! Despite the fact that my dad discovered Hayley first, you couldn't exactly call him a Hayley fan. Instead, he started accusing me of "stalking" Hayley.

Haha! Oh, that sounds like something my Dad would say!! Although, he likes to listen to the music when I turn it on as well... just if he ever looked over my shoulder and saw me on a Hayley forum he'd probably laugh himself hoarse!

Imagine how I feel! Nobody in my family really likes Hayley. Imagine what would happen if they found me, a teenage dude, on her forum. That could go any number of bad directions. -Taylor i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Nobody else is going to get you the things you want from life, you've got to decide and do that for yourself. I won't be here when you are 50 or 60, but you will still go back to these albums, they will shape you and your mind for the rest of your life, in a good way.
