Hi Grant,
Thanks for that fabulous review!
Re "Peace shall Come" this is a fabulous song. When you hear that explosion of joy at the birth of Jesus that Hayley expresses so well, how can you not beleive that the Angel Hayley was one of those that were there singing?
And "All with You". It is appropriate this year if Hayley is away from her family as never before. But we don't know that the Westenra family gathering won't be at Hayley's place this year. And they may well experience the "White Christmas" of song and fable, thanks, we are told, to global warming!
I have finally uploaded to video of Te Harinui that I'm sure you watched me film, as you were sitting beside me at the time. The video quality is appalling, I got the exposure all wrong and the camera was in my lap so the angle is all wrong too, but it is such a beautful song that most will not have heard that I decided to upload it anyway. You will find the link in the Birmingham thread.

Juliette, I'm so glad you finally got to meet Hayley!! And thanks Grant, for taking her pictures for her. Davidm, she actually didn't sing all of the songs from WM; she didn't sing Christmas Morning or Winter's Dream. I don't think she sang those two last year, either. I wonder if she will sometime? This was the first year she did All With You and Carol of the Bells, so there's always a chance she'll do the others next year. Thanks for all the wonderful photos! Steve, your last one is particularly gorgeous, earring close-up and all! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif Jillian, is the jumper you're referring to the white dress?

Hi, So many thanks for all the great reports as well as the stunning pictures so far. As already mentioned, my flight yesterday was cancelled and I had to rebook for the first flight of the day (being so lucky to do so). London at 4 am can be a really relaxing city, except that our night bus driver from Victoria to Paddington drove a bit fast, euphemistically said. I took the first train to T5 and was there 2 hours before departure time. The hall produced really a kind of Dunkirk feeling then. You were allowed to get in only with a valid ticket of the day - and there was literally no clearance. Nearly all drop-in counters were open, but I took 40 minutes - 5 minutes before the drop-in was closed. All went well further, we arrived at Frankfurt even 15 minutes too early and after having seen all this terrible news on BBC I was quite happy, but - of course my luggage was left in London I was told by the one lady behind the baggage counter when it was my turn in the queue. But all ended well, I waited one hour longer and - wonderful - got my luggage with the next flight. One hour later I was home and after 33 hours I felt asleep instantly. So sorry that I can add a few pictures only now. First half
