No reports from our regular correspondents yet so here's a taster! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifIt was a most enjoyable concert with Hayley in top form, not only performing, but also handling with humour the few mishaps during the evening (I'll leave the details for others). The rapturous audience applause at the end was such that Hayley didn't hesitate to provide a second encore and we were privileged to witness a solo performance (minus shoes!) of "River" by Joni Mitchell. After the concert we were then lucky enough to get over 30 mins with Hayley at the artists entrance where she was her usual bubbly self signing and posing for photos. As we all left to go home at the end, new forum member Juliette went back to her hotel totally "Hayleywowed". Martin

Nothing like some superb photos to warm your heart on a freezing day. Did anyone get a pic or video of Hayley singing "River" (minus shoes so she's still having high heel trouble I guess ?!)

Unfortunately that video doesn't work for me but then I live in an area where the internet is so SLOW. (which is why I don't have it !) I'll try a cafe in the town centre later on. Here's hoping......

Hello everyone Just back from a bitterly cold London. Full report will follow but for now - for those who haven't yet seen one - here is the set list i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifHayley“Little Drummer Boy” “Veni Veni Emanuel” “The Christmas Song” “Love Came Down At Christmas” Rhydian Roberts“I Believe” “Ave Verum” Hayley“Mary Did You Know” “The Little Road To Bethlehem” “The Coventry Carol” (with Choir) “A Child Is Born” (with Choir) IntervalHayley“Carol Of The Bells” “Corpus Christi Carol” “Silent Night” “Peace Shall Come” “I'll Be Home For Christmas” (duet with Rhydian Roberts) “Te Harinui” “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas” “Sleigh Ride” “All With You” “O Holy Night” Encore“The First Nowell” (Singalong with audience) “River” I think Juliette enjoyed her first Hayley concert. We tried to make it as memorable as possible for her and ensured she got maximum exposure to Hayley Not only did she meet and have her photo taken with Hayley as she arrived She also got one at the end too I'm sure Juliette will post her own thoughts and feelings when she comes down to earth - literally - later tonight. It was good to meet you Juliette - hope you like the pics! Best wishes Grant

Thanks for the set list, Grant. Now someone is bound to ask the question: "Is 20 songs for a concert a record for Hayley?" So I have? Cheers Martin

Dear all,
This was the first time I have seen HW perform a full concert (I have seen her live before at the Royal Albert Hall). I was not disappointed. She sang every song (I think) from 'Winter Magic' and others (see list above). She chatted to the audience in between songs and seemed very relaxed and friendly. There were a couple of really nice touches at the end. Firstly when we (the audience) joined HW in singing 'The First Noel'. And then the final encore, when HW returned to sing 'River' (I was hoping she would sing this as it is probably my favourite song from Winter Magic). Hayley certainly had not planned to sing this as she told the audience that she hadn't performed it for a while and had to take her shoes off to reach the pedals. She also could not remember the lines for the beginning of verse 2, but someone in the audience shouted them out! Overall a very enjoyable evening. Thanks Hayley!

Thanks Jillian
I'm not sure, I think it was a lady who shouted them out. Was it you?! Thanks to whoever it was as it meant Hayley was able to continue!
