Nearer the time we will be making arrangements where to meet and often wait to see Hayley when she arrives before going for a meal together. I hope you will join us at sometime during the day and yes, of course, we will make sure at least one of us gets a photo of you and Hayley together  Best wishes Grant |

Some of us usually meet up mid to late afternoon and then seek a place to eat. If we are lucky we will also get to see Hayley arriving for the soundcheck.
You are more than welcome to join us at this time but if you cannot then at the very least you can join us from 6.00pm onwards inside the venue.
Anyway, we will be confirming the precise details a week or so before the concert.

I am pleased to see you are coming to this concert. I have not booked for this as I have been waiting to see if there is to be a tour for the new album. I enjoyed last years Christmas concert that I may book anyway.

Glad that you will get to see Hayley at last. I won't be at this one, the Birmingham show is much more convenient for me. But I's sure our members there will look after you and arrange for you to meet Hayley if at all possible. And if Hayley knows you will be there, I'm sure she will try her best to be available to meet you.

Well done Juliette!! That will be a fantastic show I'm sure. We won't be at that one, since Birmingham is easier for us. But I'm certain you will have a fabulous time, and if you get to meet Hayley, well that will be the icing on the cake.
I'm sure the London Chapter and others from HWI will look after you.
