The CW management has announced that Alex Sharpe is leaving CW to be able to spend more time with family. No replacement was announced, so that leaves the summer NA tour and the tour to Australia a bit up in the air. The other girls will continue, but I don't know if they will be going with just the 4 members for now, or whether they would be able to introduce and train a fifth member on such short notice. Is Hayley busy this summer?  I guess we'll just have to wait and see how things work out. Gordon |

She is absolutely busy... recording an album, the Battle of Britain tour, and some other concerts. I guess this time CW will have to make it without Hayley, xD. Hmm... And I am not sure Hayley would fit that much in those new songs and arrangements.

This is sad news for us CW fans!! But we are great full for the time Alex has spent with Celtic Woman!!
You will be missed Alex hopefully we will see an solo cd out soon in the future!

I'm sad to hear the news - she was excellent with Celtic Woman. But she needs to do what she needs to do. I wish her the best of luck with everything she chooses to do!

She was nice, but I could take her or leave her. I hope they find somebody more "Celtic" this time.
