Saddens me to say that my favourite member of All Angels is leaving the group.
Fortunately, the group will continue and are currently looking for auditionees.

Hi Nicola Saddens me to say that my favourite member of All Angels is leaving the group.
Fortunately, the group will continue and are currently looking for auditionees. Well I haven't really followed All Angels for a while now but Laura was my favourite too - do you know why she is leaving? Best wishes Grant

She wants to concentrate on her education, which is fair enough. I left my job when I was in my final year of university - but that was just stacking shelves! It's brave of her. But she's talented and beautiful, I imagine she can hop back into the industry when she wants to.

I am disappointed but not surprised. The other girls are very good singers but Laura is outstanding. Let's not forget that she won the Choir Girl of the Year competition a few years back and with that talent, as Nicola says, she could get back into professional singing at any time she desires.

I think Daisy would be fine on her own too, but yes, Laura has a really versatile voice and a great range. She also has fantastic interpretation skills. She'll go far. I will miss her, but at the same time, I look forward to seeing and hearing her replacement.

Shame Laura is leaving however I think that she has already left as I attended a concert on Sunday at Wollaton Hall with the Halle, Natasha Marsh and All Angels. Melanie introduced Rachel Fabri, she said as you have noticed Laura is not here and then introduced Rachel. Nothing was said about her being a permanant replacement. Her voice was vey good and blended in well as expected she seemed nervous. I suppose it is watch this space. Laura will be sadly missed, but if her reasons are for her education well done to her and with her voice she will not have any probs of making a come back.

Laura Wright sang the National Anthem at the League Cup Final yesterday. Sounded good to me. Might be on Youtube, if so I'll post a link.

She's signed a major solo record deal by the way.

And according to the commentator, she's running the London Marathon. Good luck to her !

Might be worth giving Laura her own thread now - she's no longer part of All Angels and she now has her own career.
I love that video of Fever. It gave me fever! (I'm allowed to say that right? I'm a hetero female?)
