Gordon has informed me that he has now received his own ticket. That means he no longer requires my spare so, once again, if anyone would like it, please send me a PM - first come, first served!

HI everyone! Here are a few tips from a seasoned Mermaid attendee 1. Queue BEFORE 6pm as all the elderly subscribers to BBC Radio 2 step off their coaches around 6pm and right onto the doorstep of the Mermaid to begin Queuing. Oh yes and more often than not they have NO idea who is to be performing that night and like to keep it a surprise so don't say anything to them unless they ask who is performing. 2. While photography and video isn't allowed - it IS possible. Because the front row is on the same level (one step lower actually) as the stage it's quite obvious if pictures are being taken. But by holding a small camera to one side (the side where the camera police aren't!) you can aim and get a few pictures that way. <3 Caitlin

Hey up!! as we say in Derbyshire! THis looks as though it's going to be quite a big event for HWI yet again. Thanks Caitlin for your very good advice. I had no idea of the situation there. so I would like to revise my suggestion. I now suggest we set up a live "Hayley Chat" at the Mermaid at 5.30pmI have booked some accommodation. I'm staying at the Euro Hotel on Clapham Common - Only 35 quid, so I shall probably still need the cardboard box! Best wishes Grant

You're going to get there very early. Hi Richard If Caite's suggestion that coach loads of OAP's arrive around 6pm, we will have to be early! Best wishes Grant
