What are the World's Children's Champions?
I think the dress is nice. I think the mascara is done by the corners of her eyes made her look older. And is her hair lighter, or is it just the lighting? She looks great, but for some reason she looks different. I guess that's the way celebrities are; they're always changing their looks.

Hi Sandy, I think so too! Hayley seems to be becoming more confident recently.
