Awesome!
As Dave mentioned, my tribute creation with an accompanying story will appear shortly on the HWI website.
Ten years at any job is an achievement. But at age 24, this shows how dedicated Hayley is!! Well done Hayley!
You'll note on the image, and, as is custom, Hayley is encircled by her supporters.
I can't leave without mentioning our two late HWI founders Mr Keith Sheel and Mr Simon Smalley. They, along with others, recognized Hayley's talent. Soon a small group of friends began a website and forum...and the incredible journey continues.

Hi Joe and everyone.
Yes, good mention. We all need to remember Keith and Simon happily at a time like this. I'm sure they are aware of their contribution.

Hi Libby and everyone.
Thanks for that informative post, Libby. I am not a great Twitterer for reasons with which I will not bore, so I don't have the full hang of it. If it doesn't update automatically I guess I am on the old one, so following your preferred experience I will stay as I am, if I am on the old version.
Chow.

Well, yesterday, I was forcibly switched to the new one, so I'm curious as to how you still have the old one.

Hi Martin, Ten years ago, Hayley's album Hayley Westenra had already been in the NZ chart for 17 weeks, so I am guessing that if "today is the day" it is the day she signed her first contract with Decca, but I don't know for sure. Would you or any of our regular twitterers care to ask her for me, just to clarify for the record? Thanks! Dave PS Here is our tribute page with Joe's poster! www.hayley-westenra-international.com/content/hwi-marks-hayleys-decade-music-industry

OK I asked her, but I seem to be asking a lot of questions lately.

I bet you're right, Dave. If she has any interviews coming up, maybe she'll say.

I have a feeling nobody but us will mention it, but we can wish her a happy one when the time comes. Show her we haven't forgotten her. I would bet that if there ever is another one mentioned by the media, it'll be the 20th. I don't even want to think about 2021 right now. LOL

Where on earth does the time go??

Well, it doesn't help that we've had hardly any albums since that time. And time does seem to go by rather quickly (except when you're waiting to go home from work, of course). So I think the only way they'd make any point of celebrating this anniversary would be if they timed it with an album release, or at the very least, an announcement that an album is on the way, like in the very near future.
I wonder why Martin's "latest tweet" didn't show up in the quotes? It contained Hayley's tweet saying it was her anniversary, and that she felt old. LOL

Hello Libby! The Proboards software can't handle that many levels of quotes within quotes, so I've added the text of Hayley's tweet to the quote in your previous post. Richard
