Hi Everyone Our second competiton is now closed and the votes counted! Thank you to all those that participated. Particular congratulations to AMPTIQUE for winning two of the photo polls (numbers 2 &3) with very amusing and topical captions. I particularly like your caption for photo 2. Also, congratulations to Graeme and Martin (oh, that's me!  ) for coming first equal in photo 1 poll. Here are the photos and winning captions again:
Photo 1  Graeme - "Hayley : There there!! I'm sure at least one of those claps was for you !!" Martin - "Hayley to Ollie : The next time you sing over me again I will pull your underpants up even higher". I like the 2nd photo caption best. That was one I almost voted for, but decided on another one instead. I thought everybody thought of some really good ones this time, so it was hard to choose. Great job, everyone!

I did win a bicycle once but since my bike was only a year old, my little sister got it. I have scheduled an appearance with Dave (I call him Dave now, you know) we're just working out the size of the limo that picks me up from the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan. I'd like to add my thanks to Martin and everyone who participated too.
And I am pleased to say that I voted for two of the winning entries, so I must still have a sense of humour! Congratulations Bill, Graeme and Martin.

Hello everyone .... and belated congratulations from me too to Martin for organising and running another excellent and, I have to say, quite hard, caption competition. Congratulations also to the winners - particularly Bill who managed to win two out of the three captions - pity there were no valuable prizes to be had! Perhaps Martin you could persuade Hayley to host a dinner party for the winner of the next one! Best wishes Grant |
