Hi everyone, Amaury Vassili is an amazing French singer. (For some reason, they call him the 'world's youngest tenor' even though he is nineteen. Maybe they mean the world's youngest tenor with a studio album. Either way, he isn't) He sings crossover style music, leaning towards the classical end. While Amaury sometimes seems to lack perfect English pronunciation, he has a great voice and killer arrangements. On his album Vincero, (tracklist below) I think the best song is Fragile, a vocal version of Beethoven's Pathetique Sonata. Also, he just sang Vivo Per Lei, which Hayley sang nearly five years ago with Andrea Bocelli. Since his website is in French, here's a link to Official Youtube Page.Tracklist: 1. Vincero 2. Parla Piu Piano 3. Lucente Stella 4. Io Ti Amero 5. Fragile 6. Amore 7. Angelo 8. Con Tutto il Cuore 9. Who Wants to Live Forever 10. Parla Mi d'Amore 11. Per Te 12. Hallelujah ~Nordly

I have his album, already! I loved his video of 'Lucente Stella' so I bought the album. Like you say, his English pronounciation is very, very off-putting. The way he says 'marble arch' is quite shocking - I would have thought he had some English vocal training. Thankfully, he doesn't sing in English much, so it's not that important! He is a very good looking lad, too.

Amaury Vassili, will be the French entry for the Eurovision songcontest 2011, which will be held this year in Dusseldorf, Germany. His song ,Sognu, sounds beautiful, and reading the comments already be given, he should end somewhere in the top 10.
