I've registered too. We might be able to get something going. Don't know much about the site though, are we likely to get many readers?

Hi Elliot, You're right about being careful on other musician's boards. That's why Digital Spy is such a good venue -- the whole point of it is to discuss a variety of different artists. I contributed to a Hayley thread on one of Rhydian's forums -- several members had been trying to find the album and I've directed them the right way. You're also right about the reading vs posting -- prime example is that I just read this forum for many, many months before I registered. For example, on Digital Spy, there's been 2 responses but 109 views -- so definitely more people are seeing than responding! By the way, if any guests are reading this, go on -- register!! Say hi!! We're a nice bunch here!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Don't forget, too, that the number of people who post in a thread is only a tiny fraction of the number of people who READ the thread. Even if you only get responses from people who know who she is, that doesn't mean others won't find themselves intrigued and check her out. It's one of the curses of internet promotion that you will never, ever, know exactly how successful your efforts are. That's true, but it still would be nice if they'd say something once in a while. If they were really that interested, you'd think they might ask about where to get the album, or something. Lately, I can't even get any of those fans to say anything, either! I've been announcing the release dates of WM, and providing links to Amazon, etc. I feel like I'm talking to myself. I also have some photos of Hayley in my signature, mixed in with Josh and my favorite ice-dancers from the U.S. Oh, Jillian, I didn't know you hadn't heard Josh before! Well, I'm very glad you like him now! Don't forget about his first Live in concert CD/DVD, which has O Holy Night on it. The concert is exceptional, too.

Because there aren't much Dutch fans, I tried a while ago to pursuade a radio station here in Netherlands to play a few Hayley songs.
But they weren't interested...a pity though, they miss a lot...
They rather want to play all the same artists every few hours...

Jillian... Digital Spy sounds like the perfect 'plug site' *** Libby... It's annoying when views vastly outnumber comments, yes. But sometimes people don't have anything they want to say, while others are too shy to join in, unfortunately. And some of them are search engine tracker bots, of course...

Hey Digital Spy has decided I am female!!! I never told them that. I didn't even realise it myself. Martin Hi Martin, You can change your gender when you've logged in. Go to User CP (Control Panel) near the top left. Then Edit Profile. The Gender option is at the end. How do I know this? My first post had me as a female too! Must be Digital Spy's decision to have 'female' as their default gender. Wonder why? Regards Bill

Thanks for participating! Why don't we set an aim to just keep the thread on the first page of the music forum? That way people will always see Hayley's name when they open up the page. Shouldn't take much time at all.

Or how about Martina, like the famous country singer.

Shouldn't take much time at all. Hi Jillian, We're doing our bit, along with Martin! 4 days since thread was started. 20 posts and over 500 views on a general music fourm. Not bad going as most of the other threads are related to pop music. Regards Bill
