Ronan Keating (from Boyzone)'s next album is called Winter Songs - close to Hayley's Winter Magic. It's released on the 16/11/09.

I think there's five songs here which are on Hayleys Winter Magic...it will be interesting to hear how he sings them...although I like him I think I already know the answer to who'll sing them better...but it's up to people's interpretation i think

Ronan tried out for The Hobbit! I'm not even kidding, check it out here: www.theonering.net/torwp/2010/01/....for-the-hobbit/Hmm, I'm not so sure about a blondish Bilbo, but there is a dwarf with a "yellow" beard in the story... Although I suppose whoever Bilbo is may be wearing a wig, anyway, so I hair color probably isn't important. |

These three posts have been moved from Winter Magic/Christmas Magic: In today's Christchurch Press review of the Ronan Keating concert at the Mud House was the following abstract about Hayley  .
Between songs, banter included shouts to Hayley Westenra in the crowd,
So it sounds like Hayley had a good time at the concert. He could have invited Hayley onto the stage to perform the duet with him. Now that really would have been special!
Martin D Well... knowing Hayley, it's quite probable that we get a twitter about it, lol... Let's see who gets it first, XD...

I went to see Ronan Keating perform at Sirromet WInery at Mount Cotton near Brisbane on Australia Day (26 January). Here's a couple of dodgy pictures of the day.   I had an amazing time. I bought the tickets as a birthday present for my Mum (as she loves Ronan) but I'm not sure who had the most fun! He really is very good live -- much, much better than his CDs. My favourite song he sung was 'Wild Mountain Thyme'. I also liked 'We've Got Tonight' which he performed with one of his backup dancers. He was accompanied by a band and a string quartet who were just amazing -- they played some solos. So a great night. |
