Maya. Arigatou gozaimasu (= Thank you very much.) Very entertaining.  “Okane kari nakya” (= “I need to borrow money”) in English. I can understand how a suitcase got called Sookie it sounds almost the same and Hayley is good at phonetics. Over the years our children called various things they could not pronounce by a name that sounded similar. when my son was very small he said he wanted to go up the "hadda". For a while we did not understand him. One day I had the ladder up against the garage and he said it again. " I wanna go up hadda." Oh ! hadda = ladder. I said "ok then but be very careful". Up he went like a monkey, off the top of the ladder and across the roof of the garage where he promptly jumped off the roof (About3.5 mtrs) onto the road at the back, tumbled on the concrete, rolled into an standing position and exclaimed Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee... I wondered “Afo ka?”(= Are you stupid?) He ran back in and did it again ! ........ Must be geneTHICK ! He did things like that for years and never broke a bone, that I know of.. Yet ! |

Hayley really is something else. How many of those other singers who are promoted above her in English supermarkets can do what she did? Or even sing like she does on the Winter Magic tour. I would guess none. What an amazing young lady!

Wow, you guys are beginning to use Japanese expressions as Hayley is.
My English skill is limited and my translation is not Subarshii but Arigatou gozaimasu for reading it.
Tomorrow, the same programme will be broadcast again from 11:00am by Japanese Digital High Definition System. It is digitally copy protected and I can not handle it by my PC as a file. People say that there exists some cracking tool / method but I do not own any and I have no idea to send Dave the file. Someone might be cracking it and that person would be uploading it on YouTube if he succeeded to do it. Actually there was someone who did when "On the Wings of Time" was broadcast in spring time this year.
Let's see what happens.
