Hi
I dont know if I am the only person experiencing this, but when I logged into the forum this morning (from my work computer) I have a forum background which looks like hundreds of identical tiles, all containing the same message:
Account inactive.
KeithS's
account has been
inactive for 90 days
Visit photobucket.com
This is the wierdest thing I have seen in a while

I've also seen the same photobucket tile. For me it affected the function buttons, some emoticons and some of the members position bars.
I noticed just now that all new and junior member position bars are missing.
I alerted Dave to the problem early this afternoon and he has acknowledged that he is aware of these anomalies.

Hi Jon, Grant and everyone, I also noticed some anomilies this afternoon and phoned Dave about them. I don't mean to interfere as I am no longer involved in the running of this forum but I can confirm that Dave was already on the case. Very briefly, some (but not all) of the icons and images were being hosted by Keith (who created this forum in 2003). Because his Photobucket account has not been accessed for a very long time, it seems Photobucket, in their infinite wisdom, are in the process of closing it!  Consequently, all relevant images must be saved and rehosted which is what Dave is doing now. I can confirm that all images being hosted by me are unaffected and are quite safe. Good luck Dave! Hello everyone, There are literally dozens of icons and images affected by this, potentially all "custom" forum images buttons logos smilies and banners. It was a potential issue of which I was unaware until today but the potential has been there for four years, it's just my luck for it to crop up today... seemingly due to an unannounced change of policy at Photobucket. So until I've finished identifying all affected items, re-uploaded all the images and icons somewhere else (I have a place  ), and re-linked to their new locations, further problems like this could occur. Photobucket seem to be doing it randomly to the images/icons hosted there on that account, so they are all coming out of photobucket, for now anyway. I have to go out now for an hour, then I'll be back to finish the (messy) job within a few hours. Patience, please... and no more pms about it, thanks!  Cheers, Dave |

Hi everyone, This should all be fixed now... apart from the special Logon button and the special Register button that you normally see when viewing the forum as a guest. I'll tidy them up when I've found the buttons, they've probably rolled under the carpet or somewhere.  Please report any further odd or missing icons or logos in case I've missed any. Cheers, Dave |

I found them under the carpet anyway... I had them all the time. Fixed.
There were 32 images and icons to find a new home for and fix.
