So, Pure is no longer on Spotify 🧐😞 Still on Tidal, the UK ones plus HSJS and MGTY but not Odyssey UK v1 (International versions instead)

I have never been able to find those albums to stream. It's on Tidal but I don't know about any of the other streaming services. They are all on her Youtube channel though, under "Playlists".

Anyone have any thoughts as to what that quote is supposed to mean? Because it sounds downright awful to me, and mildly disturbing, but maybe there's some meaning to it that isn't apparent, to me at least...

Hayley just posted another story. The French phrase “quelqu’un m’a dit” means “someone told me”. [ She changed her Instagram profile pic!

Yes Libby I found that post about being dead while still alive disturbing too. I wonder if Hayley is referring to her music career ? I remember a post about her maybe not quitting after all. Perhaps her mental health is being affected by the lockdown in New Zealand.

Perhaps her mental health is being affected by the lockdown in New Zealand. Seems to be about enlightenment, reinventing yourself as per e.g. Zen Buddhism (Bunan was big in Japanese Zen). I'm not suggesting that Hayley is becoming a Zen Buddhist but the reinvention thing seems to be implied in that Bunan quote. A change of path to what YOU feel like doing rather than what you are expected by society to do. Becoming a new 'you'. Whether or not that would mean severing links with the past remains to be seen. Maybe.

Well, these days, one doesn't have to become a Buddhist to follow their practices, believe in their principles, or whatever you would call it. It's been very apparent over the last several years that Hayley has "become" a serious New Ager, and the New Age tends to include heavy influence from Eastern religions, such as Buddhism, Hinduism, etc. It is also very popular these days for people to have a Buddhist statue in their home, while not necessarily being Buddhist. People who tend to be into meditation and such often do. Definitely not my thing, but it's very popular these days.
