I didn't make the connection, either, although I am also aware of that being Dolly Parton's original song. I was automatically assuming it was Jolene, but I guess that song isn't really duet material. I had thought maybe the person posting was named whitney, but maybe your theory is right! And it's certainly nice to see you back on the forum; luckily things are a little more positive around here lately.  I had to look up the difference between a duo and a duet. Here's the definition, for anyone else who wasn't sure: "A duo is two people performing or singing. A duet is the piece they are performing or singing." |

Haha, I see that she's edited her post to say "or Sunday" since many of us were saying it was still Sunday where we were. LOL Of course it's still nice of her to wish us a "killer" Monday since we were headed to Monday eventually, anyway. LOL

Can't recall if I've mentioned this before but for Hayley website watchers, she still has an "official" website at www.hayleywestenra.me/ . It hasn't been updated with anything new since 2017 though the copyright notice at the foot says "© 2020 Universal Music. All rights reserved." so that's up to date. The links page is also up to date, including the official Japanese website, charity links and fansite links including us, naturally. |

You can see her reflection in a mirror behind her. As I'm sure you've seen today, Hayley has liked and replied to numerous people's replies today! Including yours and mine! I wonder if Hayley got her pasta at The Mediterranean Food Company in Christchurch, since she's followed them recently. I was kind of surprised to see Hayley in a tank top. Although it's spring, she's been known to wear long sleeves in very warm weather. Well, she wears sweaters a lot, so maybe she was wearing a sweater with the tank top under it, and the day got warm enough that she had to take it off. Or maybe she was exercising. I think she does yoga sometimes. A longer time ago she mentioned doing pilates, too, but I think that was probably several years ago that I saw that. |

Yes, I saw that too! I saw today that she's following two artist management companies that seem to somehow be related... they both show Andrea Bocelli and Shania Twain, for example. Maverick and Quest management, to be exact. |

Yes, and it's also encouraging that young people are still becoming fans of her. It likely mean that their parents or other family members, or even their music teachers, were fans first! |
