Looks like Spring has arrived in New Zealand. It reminds me of that classic poem, only second to Wordsworth :

Found something. Hayley started following the @artscentrechch. I saw that one of their recent posts told about the Great Hall, where they hold concerts. I went to the website... lo, and behold: Hmm, could this mean Hayley might attend? And maybe make arrangements to perform herself someday? |

She has a new story this morning, with the other side of the mug, I think. What is that exactly in front of the flowers? Is it a ring, or a key ring? Well, I don't know exactly what it is, but I do know exactly what day yesterday was. It was the 14th in LA. In case anyone else remembers what happened that day last year. I know it was the 15th NZ, time, but remember, last year she was operating on Pacific time. Might explain the profanity. Who bought her that set of profane mugs, anyway? LOL so negative. |

But technically I said I hoped we could hear her songs someday soon! So, even though she used the word "you", I think she's promising us. Unlike other languages, we don't have a separate pronoun for "you all", or you plural. In German it's "ihr", but of course, that can also be the female possessive form of her, and it can also mean "their"! In other words, German isn't any less confusing than English.  And the word for you all in Spanish is vosotros, but I don't remember anything else about the grammar surrounding it. It's only been 17 years since my last Spanish class. Anyway, I really believe that I've learned and retained more German in one year of using Babbel than I learned in 3 years of high school Spanish. |
