Yep, I reckon you're right. How about CGM for future shorthand? After a brief emergence into the Instagram "limelight" the other day, he appear to be hiding in the tall grass again. I was intrigued to see the jam session videos. I suppose he needs to move on and work with new material. It is his work and I assume his livelyhood, after all.
I don't reckon that "the album" will ever see the light of day.

Yes, that would be a reasonable acronym. It sounds sort of cool, you know, sort of like CGI. LOL Also it makes sense, sort of like ROB did. I've always understood what that stood for, and of course, used it myself. LOL I've already unfollowed him, though. Still following Chris, though, for what it's worth. And Stan. As previously noted, both were refollowed -- Oh, wait, wait, hold that thought ... CGM has been unfollowed yet again. Well, even if the album was going to see the light of day, I would doubt that Hayley's was his first, or will be his last, musical project. Especially if that's his livelihood, as you say. And if that is the case... I'm just over here, like ... yikes. If it doesn't see the light of day, maybe it's just as well. Because maybe now there will be a better one later on. What little we heard from it was not really up to par, honestly. Of course, we really heard almost nothing, but what was heard was a bit thin and nasal, and the drums not especially appealing. I STILL wonder about what was being created pre-Chris, and if THAT album will ever see the light of day. Because I still have this feeling that her original plan was swept under the rug, and an entirely new plan created in its place. I desperately want to hear the pre-Chris music. I'm sure it was way better. I also want to hear the post-Chris music (if that really is the case), because I think THAT would/will be better, too.

What language are you speaking now, Crissy? LOL I vaguely remember there being a story from Chris yesterday, but apparently it was not interesting enough for me to remember what it was. I'm going to make an attempt at your language: defo no war! A new post from Hayley, today, though. I almost didn't realize it was hers at first. https://www.instagram.com/p/CDBj82hFWw9 Here's the original post with the person who did the artwork (she started following them so that's how I found it): https://www.instagram.com/p/CCbyo9Tgrmu

Four new Instagram Stories in three hours’ time! All on a sunny Saturday morning in NZ! I will just post screenshots of two of them - a video of Hayley’s coffee and a video of Bowie the cat (Hayley is heard giggling) The two Stories I won’t share are a photo of a dead leaf and a video of a tree.

It’s a frosty dead leaf, though. Lol
Heads up, there’s another one of Hayley herself! Make that 5. So, she’s got 5 on Chris’ 3. But you know what, if she’s not following him, she can’t possibly know that he’s posted anything... unless she just glances at his page, but she would have to do a search to find him. And as infrequently as he normally posts, there wouldn’t be much point. So again, I say, “defo no war”. Lol Edit: Chris posted 2 more, so they’re even now. Chris is still following Hayley, so if anyone is engaging in “war”, it would probably be him. Lol I still doubt it, though.

I just broached the question to barefoot in response to one of their recent posts, what’s happening with Hayley’s album? Then I see their other recent post saying that the studio is up for sale and that they are moving to Vermont. Could that be part of the problem? But... if her album was finished like they said back in fall when they were all (Hayley, Chris, and Jason) dancing around to the music, then should this even matter? I’m guessing not, but I just thought it was worth noting! 🤷♀️ If they don’t answer, I am seriously considering asking Chris, Jason, or even Andy, what’s going on/what happened with Hayley’s album. They might not answer, but I won’t know unless I ask, right? 🤔 I mean, if Hayley won’t tell us, we have to resort to other means, am I right? I’ve only done that for about 5 years. 😂 Oh... if there was still any doubt... it seems CGM has done some deleting of his own. The engagement post has disappeared. Not to mention that he has no ring on his left hand.... not that there was ever a photo post-wedding of him wearing one. I decided to just go ahead and try asking him now. Trying to think of the best way to phrase it. You know, my "over-thinking" self. Right, so anyway, here goes... wish me luck.

Hi Libby! I saw your question you posted ro Barefoot Studio! I remember them posting a photo of framed album covers, and me saying to them that Hayley’s next album cover would look nice right there! Glad that you also asked Chris. At this point we definitely deserve some facts and answers.

Well, nothing so far. I know he was online, and so was Hayley, because they both liked a post by roundhead studios (imagine that! ), so either he's ignoring the question, or somehow he didn't notice. Well, I imagine it may be a sensitive topic, but I just asked as if I had no notion of what could possibly be going on (or not going on, as the case may be). I didn't ask Jason or Andy. I like to ask my questions on recent posts, so it makes more sense to reply to them. Andy rarely posts anything, so not much point in asking him, but Jason occasionally posts. However, mostly he posts stories, and I'm not going to try to reply to a story. Speaking of replying to a story, I'm curious. What does it look like to the person on the receiving end when someone replies or reacts to your story? I'm just curious, because on Hayley's or others, I will react with a "heart-eyes", or occasionally make a comment, and I always wonder how or where it is received. I don't post many stories myself, mostly because I have never noticed that anyone has even seen it, let alone replied to it, so I usually don't bother. It's most likely that nobody did, but I'm just wondering, if someone did say something, where would I see it? On Facebook, it's easy, because it shows up in your regular notifications. So I do post stories there. Sometimes the only way I see a reaction from certain friends is when I do post a FB story. It's like some people only look at stories, and nothing else. LOL weird. But I actually wonder if they stumble on it by accident. Like, if you're looking at one person's story, it'll immediately go to the next person's story whether you want it to or not. LOL

If I remember on Instagram, if someone likes or comments on a post I made, there will be a red dot under the heart. I don’t use the app, just the website.

Oh yes, I get those, but am just wondering how it works with stories. Next time I post a story, I want somebody to react to it just so I can see what happens. LOL I don't know when the next time that will be, though.
Still no response from anyone. I'm not really expecting one at this point.

I don’t think one can react or reply to a story. Neither are possible on the website...not sure on the app.

Yes, you actually can react to them. It's different from Facebook. Ok, instagram story 101 (from the one who could use a lesson herself, LOL): Click on somebody's story, either from your PC or your app. Click or tap inside the box at the bottom where it says Send Message. When you do, what will appear are "Quick Reactions". Heart eyes, laughing face, shocked face, crying face, fire, 100 with double underlines, and the birthday/celebration emoji. When you click on any of them, on a PC, it will just say Sent. On the app, it will look like this: http://www.instagram.com/p/CDDq5RTFt4I That's how it looks to you when you click it, but I guess I'm just curious as to what it looks like to the person who posted the story.
