Yep, I was wrong on that one.
Pity it was only to advertise a ludicrously over-priced (assuming Joe's right) glass full of wax with some string in it. Who buys this sort of stuff? I can buy something similar and probably just as good in shops near me for a few pounds (or a few dollars).
I'm still not expecting much in the way of posts for the foreseeable and even when she does post I doubt it will be of much of consequence.
Based on apparent events of the last few months and the sort of posts we've seen, I cannot imagine what there will be to post about. I'd like to be pleasantly surprised, but I expect on-going disappointment.
Despite the candle vid, no news continues to be …

Just followed Joe's link. When I first click on it, or any other of the seven candles in the range, the price shows initially as $80.00! However this changes after a few seconds to £41.65, presumably because I'm in the UK. More than Joe's $54, anyway, so I assume the price fluctuates! Back in the day (1979) I didn't pay much more than that for my first car! The good old pound was worth a bit more in those days, of course, and the car was a bit of a wreck, but it went OK.
Ms. Darkling must be making a bob or two (dime or two) because elsewhere on her site she claims to sponsor a motor racing team. However despite the caption, it's definitely not a Formula One team.
I see that the candle which Hayley posted the picture of is called "Snake Heartbreak". She could have chosen any one of the seven to show in the post, so is this a not-so-veiled message, I wonder?

I'm not sure it's a message, although I'm sure she knows her fans like to know everything they can. LOL clearly
My sentiment exactly, Who buys this sort of stuff? Well, based on her follow list and other things, she's into some iffy stuff these days (though I'm not just referring to the price, or even candles).

The last photo of you-know-who has been removed, and her old bio description of being a singer, songwriter, human being, or what-have-you, is gone. Just her name. That's only true of one social media page, however, not that it makes a difference if the others still say it, of course. Also, on her FB page, the last time I looked, the Page Manager locations were listed as United Kingdom and United States. Now, US has been replaced with New Zealand. Oh, having just had a look at the FB page, I just realized the press photo/video from October is missing from instagram. Just look at her videos on FB if you're wondering what that is... do it while you can, though.

Hello Libby On Hayley's FB page, I see that there are four Page Managers; three people from the UK and one ( ) from NZ. I wonder if former record label folks or her former managers might still have long-forgotten access? Oh, that event from last October is still on our forum's scrolling thing at the top of the page! The pics and video can still be accessed in the link to its forum post.

Looks like that's that then! Sadly. I hope she doesn't totally turn her back on us, she has some real friends here. She probably needs as many as she can get right now.

That was funny Martin, Looks like that's that then! Sadly. I hope she doesn't totally turn her back on us, she has some real friends here. She probably needs as many as she can get right now. then she posts a picture with her back to us, and with it a picture of her facing us again. Does a picture paint a thousand words ? or does it take two.

She removed the "New year, time for a new recod" post 😱😭 May 27 ... she's now deleted her photo from New Year's. I can sort of understand that. There's obviously not going to be a 2020 party of any sort, especially as far as anyone's albums go, let alone Hayley's. However, the featured stories containing album-recording videos are still there... for now.

Does a picture paint a thousand words ? or does it take two. Wow.... Martin, could she have read your post, or is this just a realllly huge coincidence? LOL Again, as noted in bold in the previous post (my old post quoted), her stories still depict her album making process. Also, the executive producer photo is still there... In fact, I still count 7 studio/songwriting-related posts from last year, as well as her "who wants new music?" post last May... but... how long till she removes those, I wonder? If she really is done with music forever, I still think that instead of just removing the evidence, communication is key. It would be better if her fans knew to stop hoping for it instead of hoping for something that will never come. Having said that, I don't believe it's goodbye forever. I'm sure it'll still be a while, but not forever. Oh, and she has re-followed Stan. The view of the mountains in her photos remind me of behind the scenes stuff from the Lord of the Rings. A lot of their filming was in the Queenstown area, I believe. Christchurch is not terribly far from there. Hobbiton is in Matamata on the North Island, though. I want to say Rivendell and Lothlorien tourist sites are also up there, as well. And of course the WETA place in Wellington. Scenes from Mordor and Mt. Doom were mostly CGI, even though it was based off of Mt. Tongariro in Tongariro Ntl Park, also the North Island. There's your Tolkien trivia for the day.

That is good news, Dave! Too bad McFly are not known in America. I only know of them because Danny Jones, one of the coaches from The Voice Kids UK, is in the group. And series four of that show starts next week. Hayley is super-talented and all of these life experiences find their way into a song! EDIT...two Instagram Stories just in from Hayley! She was traveling, and took two videos of the snow-capped Southern Alps in the distance.

Hi everyone, maybe one of the reasons for being back here in NZ could well be the safest place to be re convid-19. Sofar here in NZ we are all clear and with the way, things are with this pandemic, this is the safest place to be at this time. The way things are in the UK and the USA, live concerts are not happening but, live streaming is going on here in NZ, quite successfully too with a Brass Band, symphony orchestra have had success with this sort of concert live streaming on Facebook. Orthough things here in NZ have relaxed and getting back to normal living with live stage shows etc. Who knows, something could be on the cards while Hayley is here.
Just my thoughts as to maybe why she is here apart from family, of course, ya never know ya luck, in a small place.
Rodders CH CH NZ.
