My friends,
For personal reasons, I have now terminated my involvement with HWI. This is no reflection on Hayley whatsoever and I wish her every success in the future.
Unless he posts to the contrary, HWI is now in Dave's hands. Many thanks to everyone who has supported the site and the forum in the past.

Hello everyone, I'm sure you are as shocked and disappointed about this as I am - obviously as the only other Administrator I'm in effect the caretaker but don't all bombard me with pms please, there's going to be too much to do. I'm not in a position to explain the reasons for this so please don't ask, speculate or discuss that aspect. Roger has his own personal reasons, and has changed the Staff lists himself. Roger, I wish you all the best and hope that one day, you will return. Meanwhile, it's business as usual. Ordinary members cannot post in this Announcements thread but Comet has started a discussion thread here: hwi.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=offtopic2&action=display&thread=4902&page=1 (no speculation there, please). Hello again everyone,
I have been in touch with Roger again this week and for those who are wondering, I think he's OK. But he has made it clear that his decision to leave us is final; there will be no turning back and sadly, the superb work he has done for HWI and Hayley over what is now nearly six years is at an end.
This means that we do now need to update the HWI staff and management team and I will shortly be posting about this in the "Welcome" board.
Roger, if you read this, I (and I am sure everyone else) wish you well in whatever you now choose to do, I hope you will now find life somewhat more relaxing than before! Thanks for all you have done.
