Hello Concert goers Weather forecast for the weekend does not look promising for our area. "A wet start for Satuday" is on the cards Let's hope it brightens up for the afternoon. Best wishes Grant

Hi Graham Hi All, It looks like waterproofs and brolly for Saturday Hope the forecast is wrong, Yes it does, and so do I!! Last night's local forecast suggested a wet start for Saturday but a brighter Sunday. Tonight they just said we're in for a wet weekend! However, weather forecasters have been known to be wrong! Best wishes Grant

Hi Richard Thanks for the Loughborough Echo article. I don't know where these local papers get their writers from but that article is dreadful! I would expect to be shot if I ever wrote like that! Innacurate too, twice mentioning that it will be Hayley's Leicestershire debut. I suppose Market Harborough is a bit too far south to realise that that is also in Leicestershire! Best wishes Grant

Hi Grant,
Wasn't her Leicestershire debut North Kilworth last July? If that's what you mean it is nowhere near Market Harborough, but is quite near Husbands Bosworth (we also have Market Bosworth in our county too, but it was nowhere near that either).
Yes, we are back home! We decided to return from the Gower a day earier than orginally planned (we were in Swansea this morning and could have done a recce for you has we thought about it). This means we should be properly orgainses for tomorrow.
But I don't much like the look of the weather forecast. I think we will need umbrellas and waterproofs. Ans camera bags!
Martin

Hi Martin Glad to hear you arrived home safely. Wasn't her Leicestershire debut North Kilworth last July? If that's what you mean it is nowhere near Market Harborough Well, Kilworth House Hotel if that's the same thing, which is actually 9 miles from Market Harborough - quite close in my book. Weather forecast isn't looking quite as bad as it did earlier in the week. It was promising 'a day of rain', but it now looks like showers with more persistent rain later which hopefully will be after the concert! Best wishes Grant

Hi All....enjoy, in spite of the weather. (which could change to gorgeous anyhow) Hope Hayley's leading the Rule Brittania & Land of H & G. It would be worth going just for those 2 alone. Graeme

Hello concert goers
According to East Midlands airport weather station, we are in for a rather cloudy but mild day with a few sunny spells. Rain is expected around midnight.
Let's hope it stays that way!
Best wishes Grant

Hello everyone, I've just been looking at the rainfall radar images and there is heavy rain moving steadily North Eastwards towards Leicestershire where this concert will soon be taking place. It seems to be dry there at the moment (broken cloud, dry, 21 degrees C 70F, light wind) with just an hour to go but the rain is likely to arrive some time during the concert itself (towards the end). With luck, the rain will stay away until the concert has finished, fingers crossed and good luck to the concert goers including Hayley! Cheers, Dave
