You know the rules on political put-downs. I'm sure you know that is George W Bush. Like him or not he was the president of the U S when that photo was taken.

Larry That was meant to be fun Larry....remember Hayley was going to approach George Bush with some environmental issue & some emergency took him away at the last second. I actually admire George for a lot of things....have actually defended him to people who wanted to smear him !!! The moment I heard her voice I knew she was something special. Her voice is mesmerizing. She is the total package. She has beauty, charm, class, and she treats people as though she has known them forever. She is indeed a very special person. Hi everyone, I'm getting itchy typing fingers for this thread seeing as the Brits are tomorrow night! I wonder what colour she'll wear? Mmmm.... I've have a guess and we'll see if I'm right! How about pink? Okay, I've laid my bet. Everyone, feel free to go nuts as much as you want in here -- I'll be asleep when all the action happens. You could be right Jillian. The feeling in my bones says some shade of red, but that could be anything from pink to purple I guess. But I am probably wrong too. But whatever colour she wears, I'm sure she will look fabulous. I look forawrd to the photos.

I've also got a feeling that it might have a flower design on it. I'm also hoping for sequins -- I'm a bit like a magpie! You may be right about the shade of red -- Hayley likes to make a statement with that colour. |

Well, the CW ladies were all wearing similar white dresses in the opening song. I don't think Hayley chose the dress at a shop. The people behind the show probably had most of the say on what the girls wore. Especially the white dresses. They might have been provided with a wardrobe, and selected what they wanted from that. However, I can't imagine why anyone would've chosen the one Chloe wore, the brown one with the blue bow on the front. Surely, there must've been better dresses than that to choose from!

I'm glad she wore it, and I had wondered if she might, after seeing it in the other photos. It's gorgeous, even more so with her hair down like that. I didn't like the hairstyle so much in the photos from the other event. And her face just looked different too, not the way she normally looks.

Hi Libby, thanks for those! That star necklace is very cool. I thought I might repost this photo that Grant took. I think that it captures Hayley's dress the best of any so far. Any disappointment I might have felt at seeing a 'repeat' has definitely vanished now. It's an amazing dress and it's great to see it up close. As for the bets we made earlier, I think that Grant's crystal ball was working the best, as there are shades of blue on this dress!  |
