What a coincidence my post number 88 and your handle name of last 2 figures 88.
I know nothing about Mandarin except 你好 Nihao and 謝謝 Xiexie. But we use Chinese Characters to express meanings in Japanese language. But it has been more than 1500 years since we had accepted them and the shapes, the sounds and the meanings were changed a lot.
Reading the CTS News in Mandarin, I barely got the meanings of below expressions but I am not sure of them.
Am I correct? English expressions after the Mandarin is my understandings. I'd be happy if you could confirm them for me. If my understanding is close to the original meanings, it will be a good trigger for me to start to study Mandarin. I already owe Hayley and the members here a lot to help me to read English faster. Now it is the turn for Mandarin.
讓她在台灣人氣急速爆增， Her popularity is rapidly rising up like an explosion in Taiwan,

Hi all, Just wondering if anyone noticed the video link on the Official Site? It is a youtube link for "The Moon Represents My Heart". The quality of this video is pretty shocking, and it is even out of sync. Is there any way HWI can contact the OS staff and offer the HWI video link? Or would there not be much point to that? I just figured the video Dave uploaded is a lot better quality wise. Hi Jono, I hadn't noticed that and it's the first time I've known them to post a link to an unofficial YouTube channel video like that, so we didn't think of contacting them (and I was too busy doing the videos last week to think of it  ). They don't work at weekends so this is something we can try to "fix" tomorrow on Monday UK time - I think they'll agree that ours is "cleaner", in sync and has HD too, let's hope they (Decca) will change it, we shall try. By the way, if you search YouTube for "The moon represents my heart hayley westenra" our HD video now comes up top of the page, even though it has fewer views than some of the others (but we have another 1,000 views on the original version that I've now hidden, to help the search rankings). Hello again everyone, I've finally managed to get all the World Games videos up onto HWI, the delay is because we've been trying to decide how to present them.
