A new classical crossover website is being launched. It is currently in BETA mode and is awaiting feedback for its proper launch. It will definitely include Hayley. At its BETA stage, it currently only has four artists (one of which is Yulia). This site will differ from classicalx in the sense that it will support growing and upcoming classical crossover artists, and will try to cater for smaller crossover names rather than just the big fish (Josh, Andrea, Sarah, etc.) The site will also have an option for crossover artists to personally blog on the site. You can see it here: www.classicalcrossovermusic.com/And take part in their feedback poll here: www.classicalcrossovermusic.com/blog/we-need-your-help-18.whtmlIf any of you are members of the classical crossover group on Facebook, this would have already been brought to your attention, as the founder of the group is the sites creator.

Hi Nicola. The site looks interesting, certainly and if it is hoping to promote the lesser known may well do them a very good service. Ironically, I thought of adding a comment but on reading what was already there--a lot of it yours! -- I felt I did not have anything to say you had not already covered. For me personally, I started 'blogging' for specific purposes and frankly I value a life that is not internet, so I am not looking for regular participation in yet another site. I have enough difficulty in keeping tabs on the rich camaraderie that is here. Yours aye, Peter S.

Aww, Yes, I always have an opinion! ha! But I think you misunderstood, it will have blogging facilities for the artists, not us mere mortals.

Thanks for the link, Nicola! Hopefully this new site will become another reference point for useful information. Best Wishes, Richard

Hi Nicola,
I posted a few ideas on the site, but please let me know if you want any help from me with it! I am very much looking foward to when it is more established.

It's not my site! I could never make a website.
Well, I did make a Care Bear website when I was 15 on an Angelfire template! XD
I don't really know the creator of the site, but I did offer my help if he needs a writer/editor.

Hi Nicola, obviously a coincidence then that a Nicola contributed comments when 'our' Nicola drew the site to our attention! Interesting you used Angelfire in your early days although the site does not look like a templated creation. I too used Angelfire (now owned by Lycos) as a starter before teaching myself code. I retained it as its space rates have always been good. Before I had to back out through over-work I ended up running a diversity of charity sites on it. Peter S.

No, I did make those comments, but I was just giving feedback to the creator, I have nothing to do with the site itself. If you look closely, both of us Nicola's have the same avatar! That's too much of a coincidence!
