I'm a newly converted Hayley fan after seeing her on the Valentine's Tour with Jonathan Ansell.....her voice is simply beautiful. I also went to see Hayley in concert at Birmingham Town Hall last week and thoroughly enjoyed it.....she is a lovely young lady and I managed to speak to her after the concert. I wish I could be there as I hear that Jonathan is appearing with Hayley in NZ. Is it possible that anyone has any information about which concerts Jonathan will be appearing ....it would be lovely to keep track. Your map of NZ with the tour dates looks wonderful , especially as me amd my husband hope to visit NZ at some point early 2010.....when we get round to organising it !...it's knowing where to start first. Hi Ruths...welcome to Hayley fan-dome !!!...thanks for the map comment. I enjoy doing such things. Just a bit of info Ruth which might be useful to you: If you hire a car in NZ whether in North or South Island you can make the hire continue over Cook Strait even tho you'll be given a different car on landing. That means you can start at Queenstown & finish in Auckland for example. I hope myself that Jonathan accompanies Hayley on this tour....they're fantastic together. As for myself, if I come to NZ at all, it will have to be short term as my wife will be in Germany visiting her mum & our doggies will need to be looked after while I'm away. Well, we'll have to see how things go. Graeme

HI all, Well I just contacted The Edge, the Auckland Events Center. She had no idea what I was on about. All the foreigners coming to NZ, let me warn you about the slackness of NZ's Customer Services!! They can be really bad and unhelpful... So I'm hoping tickets will be under $100, because it won't be good if they're too expensive. That might make it all impossible for me to also take my mom... But I won't miss the concert! Dori

:(Yes it is frustrating not knowing when the tickets go on sale. I rang my sister in Wellington and she is going to that concert with me i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif. I can use her car to go the Palmerston North one too which is great.

Hi Dori.
Thanks for the warning. You probably found out why the 9th became the 8th apparently someone else is doing a solo turn that night! I went via their web site and for the heck of it booked in to their email newsletter and did the same for Auckland. Frankly, I've taken the attitude It's NZ I'm coming for, the timing is simply that it is silly not to take the opportunity to combine the two but I do have marvelous opportunities to see her in the UK and it would be fun to say 'Hi!' to her in her home town at least and then see her again here, in Swansea, shortly after.
While keeping a watch on news as it comes through, I'm rarely logging on at the moment while I sort out my itinerary. In anyone's book it is a major expense and another 'trip of a life time' for me, so I am grabbing the opportunity. There is no question that NZ is a superb country and one simply has to say, 'I can't see/do everything, take it easy and enjoy to the full what I do select!'
Yours aye for now.
Peter S.

i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifTicket Direct has the Palmerston North and Napier concerts on their website (I had to search for Hayley to get it) . Looks like tickets are $71 plus costs. It does say special guest to be announced so it could be Jonathan after all.

Sorry for the brevity of the post; but I just had rotator cuff surgery Tuesday. Larry, I hope that you are feeling better. Was it your writing arm? Gini had her surgery on Wednesday and is trying to learn Facebook with her left hand. I am practising my cooking skills and will have to read the washing machine manual tomorrow! She was looking forward to taking six weeks off work but is now having second thoughts. Sorry off-topic admins.
