Although details are virtually non-existant at the moment, it has been confirmed that Hayley will be touring New Zealand this year. Bedlam have said that it will be in "the spring" but it is unclear as to whether that is spring in the UK or in NZ! My guess is that it may be immediately following the conclusion of the Japanese tour, therefore in April and possibly running into May but it is only a guess.
All events are being contracted now and further details will be released once they are finalized.

Hi Roger,
Firstly, I'm back in NZ, everyone! Safely arrived, and good to be back!
Oh, I can't WAIT for the NZ tour! I can't wait for more information, but I do hope it'll be in a theater this time, just so I won't be so far away as I was last time! This is going to be exciting.
Can't wait for more info!

Hmmmm, thanks Roger & hi Dori, welcome back to Hayleyland.
Personally I'd hope for NZ spring (September) but it has no reality yet for me. If its to be April-May its awkward timing for us too. But speculating has no point at this stage anyhow.
She certainly looked a delightful picture of health on the Stuff NZ video.
Yes Dori, I'd prefer an indoor venue to an outdoor.

It's a three hour trip so the Concert takes up the hour in the middle & we can all chat to her & request songs for the 2nd hour....that means she can't escape us. Photography will be allowed to an unlimited degree of course. Anybody not using a camera will be regarded as acting suspiciously. Graeme

I'm sure that between us, we may even come up with a photograph worthy of becoming the Artwork for Hayley's New CD However I think if such an event took place we may end up crashing proboards with the number of images that would end up in the recent posts. Someone asked Hayley about this tour at Reading yesterday and she said that there are going to be ten concerts; five in the North Island and five in the South Island. All to be confirmed yet , of course.

Hi Ross, Martin & Dori, The latest news both excites me & disappoints me. Someone asked Hayley about this tour at Reading yesterday and she said that there are going to be ten concerts; five in the North Island and five in the South Island. All to be confirmed yet , of course. Martin Exciting as Hayley's NZ tour is happening, God willing. Disappointing because Marianne is in Germany right thru May and I'd have to go over to NZ by myself. However, we'll have to see as confirmed dates appear.....still not quite real.....but nearly. Postscript if you do go to the New Zealand concerts I will look forward to meeting you in Christchurch. I am looking forward to seeing the schedule so I can plan how many South Island concerts I can go to and possibly the Wellington one as well as I have a sister there.

Will anybody here be going to the Auckland one? I'd love to meet some HWIers!! I think Belinda mentioned she would like to do the whole tour next time Hayley tours. Let's see what happens. We should have a party!

Hi Ross, yes I too will be delighted to meet. Like you I too cannot really plan without having at least an outline of the overall intention. I couldn't attempt it two(?) years ago due to health and I haven't yet checked with the bank I've got the money! This year originally was intending to sort out a lot of (expensive) domestic, over-late items and possibly replace the car! I also need to bear in mind that May is really your transition into winter, which I would prefer to avoid, so where ever the Christchurch performance fits into the cycle I would make that my last call. I am spoilt over here, with so many opportunities to chase Hayley round the country--and get to know my own country better--that i doubt I will manage more than that one concert. I suspect i will hang my tour around a week in Christchurch. I feel sure Wellington would be a location, possibly in that theatre where the DVD was made. I would like to visit that anyway and also acquaint myself with North Island's tropical rain forest. I doubt I will go further south, unless it is late April but take the attitude i can't do everything so be selective, enjoy to the full and hope there will be another trip! I suspect I will 'take it easy with three one-week intensive stays: Christchurch, Wellington and maybe Auckland, using internal air flights and linking in with long-haul connections. All very airy fairy at the moment. Peter S.
