Hi Martin,
I hope to attend this concert, I have had two failed attemps at making a concert at Gawsworth Hall, hopefully I can make it third time lucky for a concert just 17 miles from my house.

Hello everybody! This event is now listed on Hayley's Official Website, so I've added the date to the thread title. I assume we are still awaiting confirmation from Bedlam Management. Gawsworth Hall's website indicates that tickets should be available from Saturday 11th April. More information: www.gawsworthhall.com/open-air-theatre.htmlRichard

Hi Everyone. I have penciled this one in. It depends on if any more concerts are arranged around that time Graham

Hi Graham and everyone I think I will give this one a miss as I already have concerts on 24th and 26th July and I don't much like Gawsworth's reservation policy anyway Best wishes Grant

My days of standing in long queues for the best available seat are over, I fear, even with a shooting stick to hand. Peter S.

Flotsam, it might be worth noting that last years concert at Gawsworth didnt sell out so you will have a while to buy your tickets. Also i wouldnt stay up late as the 11th April is already 2 weeks later than the original on sale date, Gawsworth arent renowned for their time keeping skills!

Hi Grant and Peter, From what I have gathered your ticket just lets you in, and then you have to grab the best seat left This is also made more difficulty by the fact that the best seats are reserved, but only for the favoured Gawsworth Hall 'friends' Does that about sum it up ? Graham

Graham Yes Graham, and you have to start queuing 1230/1.00pm to have a chance of grabbing a 'reasonable' seat when the gates open at 2pm! The hall is worth a look but quite small and the grounds are minimal - OK for a picnic but, otherwise, take a good book - "War and Peace" comes to mind! BUT the concert setting is superb and the background effect at dusk when the lights in the trees come on is difficult to beat! You pays your money ............. Best wishes Grant

Cheers for the advice dkeeno, I'm usually knackered on a Friday night anyway so an early night would help! I don't mind queing all that much, just bring a good book (not sure about grant's suggestion though!

:)Welllllllll! What can I say. I'm going all of the way over there to see Hayley in concert so I signed up for the 24th and the 26th. Should I go the distance and see all 3 July shows? Who knows when I'll get to see her again and I am there already. What do you think?

phototeach, the setting of this concert is superb and will create a very magical evening so as long as you dont mind dedicating the whole day to it, so you get a good seat, it is well worth going!
