About a month ago I seen Hayley Westenra on tv with celtic woman, I dont think there could be a more beautiful voice. I was poking around on the internet and came across this site so I had to join.

Hello Ironman and welcome to the forum from Central England.
You have certainly come to the right place for everything Hayley related, we're a friendly bunch too, so if you have trouble finding you way around/navigating the many and varied threads, just post a request for help and someone will guide you.
I look forward to your future posts.
Best wishes Grant

Hi Ironman and welcome, not just from Central England (wherever that is) but from the deep south - Sussex! I hope you enjoy your time here because, as Grant says, there is much to see about Hayley's career over the past five years and even earlier. All the best, Roger

Hi Ironman,
Welcome aboard. This is the place to be; we have a huge repository of information about Hayley. I don't know about Central England, I call my bit of it the East Midlands, and I live less than 30 miles from Grant.

Well Martin, I take the view that most people outside the UK won't have a clue where the 'East Midlands' are - given that, they have a good chance of working out where Central England is! Best wishes Grant

Hello Ironman As for former Michigander, I hope you find Hayley as lovely and enjoyable as I do. I had the privilege of meeting her at a concert in 2004 over in Wisconsin (he he with a Michigan Blanket no less!), and she is delightful, charming, talented and everything you could ever ask for in a performer/singer. Her appearance with Celtic Woman was indeed a great event; I only wish she had come here to Kansas City...she was rotating with Meav, and Hayley did not appear that night. At any rate, am I to assume you are from the U. P.? I was born and raised in the Breakfast Capitol of the World, and graduated from U of M in 1977. Michigan will always be home, even though I continue to be stranded down here on the Asteroid Missouri. God Bless you, and may you enjoy your experiences here. Some other michigan guys, maybe she will come to michigan some day if we get enough fans.
I live just above the indiana boarder, I took my contractors license exam in Grand rapids. First time I ever been into the city, looked like a nice place, nice and clean where I was.
