Hi Dave, do you have to re sign up again when they upgrade their site?? Sorry I wasn't aware of that.
Maybe that is why mine hasn't arrived yet.
If your reading this Belinda, has yours arrived yet??
cheers all,
Rodders.

Hi Grant, Forced refresh (CTRL-F5) is your friend! Cheers, Dave Reminder: you can read it from the HWI News Menu page here - together with Hayley's recent MySpace newsletter.Hi Dave Well, it doesn't seem to be mine Where should I use CTRL-F5? because nothing is happening. By the way by "logging on" I meant initially going onto HWI Home Page. Yours even more confused Grant OK so now I've found the "F Lock" on my keyboard, but CTRL-F5 still doesn't make any difference to the HWI Home page that I get on my computer. Any suggestions? Grant

Well, the newsletter comes from a do_not_reply address, so it might be getting snagged by your spam filters, perhaps even at the ISP level. I had to stop using Earthlink because they wouldn't allow those types of email through, even when you turned their spam filtering off. It caused me many a headache trying to reset passwords and such.

I also didn't get the newsletter. I have checked my spam box and it isn't there. Originally, I have two accounts subscribed to receive the newletter. I remembered that last time, one of my accounts didn't get it. This time, both accounts didn't get it! Did something happen to their list?

I didn't get it either, Dave. Perhaps they think everyone at HWI is so knowledgable about Hayley that we don't need it! Roger

Hello everybody! I haven't received Hayley's newsletter either, so to play safe I've just registered my details again. I received the confirmation email immediately, so at least something's working properly! Best Wishes, Richard

I don't realize that I could register again before. But I think they will send me the next letter and so on, but not the present one, right? Cheers, Raymond

Interesting Grant. I have disovered I am registered on the official site and would appear to have been confirmed or activated as I requested a password reminder. By sheer chance I was on when it came through (incoming emails flash on screen initially from where I can pick them up immediately if I wish) but it disappeared. Clearly the problem is my end with my firewall/anti-what ever (Norton).
Would you PM me what the @bit detail is? I can then set-up an exception. I'm not rpepared to open my firewall for an indeterminate period.

Just like the proverbial London buses, you wait for ages and then two come along.
I received the Newsletter at 18:40 this evening (BST). Eight minutes later, I received another one!
Peter, I also have the Nortron firewall permanently enabled but it didn't prevent either of my newsletters from arriving safely (but late!) in my inbox.

As Grant pointed out in a PM to me the newsletter does not require (I don't think) a pasword although not one copy has arrived yet. My problem is receiving a password reminder to access the Forum.
